Weird how Houndour and Murkrow, Pokemon introduced in Gen 2, can only be found in the older Gen 1 region...
Did you know that on top of the Celadon building, at like 10 minutes into the video with the guy that talks about heights and smoke, you can check the right side of the staircase to discover a little secret? It's not an item, but it's a fun little hidden thing.

I named my Ho-oh Vesta way back when. It's apt, as Vesta is the goddess of the hearth, which in the old days was the central flame in the home that everyone relied on for warmth, light, and cooking.

Scykoh if we check the sprite of jumpluff who look more like oddish i have a theory you see bellosom the new oddish line pokemon is more likely to have been the final evolution of the hoppip line and jumpluff the new oddish line at first but since bellosom would have lost it's fly grass type they invert it

When doing a Generation 2 playthings (specifically Gold/Silver), would Slowbro or Lapras be the better water-type? I can't decide :(
Slowbro has better base stats and a better type so, it would be better.

EDIT: The main drawback with Slowbro is that it doesn't get Psychic until after the Elite 4, and that I don't think it can learn Ice Beam in Gold and Silver

I also wanted to use Houndour as my sixth member in Platinum, I searched for one, found a shiny, it used roar, I got frustrated, got a regular one and it ended up being the worst member on my team. Yeah, I have some bad blood with those two

I love how you have the Gameboy screen for the whole screen instead of it being an 1/8 of the fucking screen like other people so all they do is hear you talking about the fucking game and also not playing more than one game at a time on the screen it's hard for people like me who can only pay attention to one thing at a time.
