The only way to not give a shit what people think is to constantly put yourself in embarrassing situations. Once you become numb to that, viola, indifference/not giving a shit achieved. Easier said than done though. Meeting new people on a consistent basis usually works.

Although I am studying and will be working as a software engineer(a couple of months from now). I have resolve to learn digital arts this year since I was an artist before I became an engineer XD.
We're the same, man! Was forced to be a Software Engineer by my parents. But I'm starting to like coding anyways since even animation students at my school are starting to study programming. I plan to continue digital arts also to avoid burnout from studying too much about programming.

My resolution this year is to create and to create without fear. I always feel like I need to have a plan or a marketing strategy in place before making anything. Although these are great to have, this year, I just want to create things for myself in order to improve my skills and become the best version of myself. 2019 will be the year to "market" myself lol. Hi Mayuko! I love your videos! I am about to graduate with a degree in computer science and I’m terrified lol can you make a video about life after college? I’m interested to know what your transition from college to real life was like.
my resolution for 2018 are learning language by myself at least one language per day (arabic, hindi, vietnamese, thai, japanese, mandarin, korea, rusia, etc-just random) and go around looking for and to talk to native speakers and made some new friend and track back my old friends. i don't really like visiting some place for vacation, its take much time and much money. just go around next door. i just realize that as a software engineer for almost 20 years, i became an anti-social naturally by work. my social life only with my monitor, keyboard, mouse and my bed. i had an experience during holiday and home alone, just chatting via keyboard and not talking by mouth for almost 2 weeks. its very strange and bad feeling. now is my time to enjoy my life because it is my first life and my last life, why not enjoying my life. LOL, i think take one or two software project per year still OK for me. in 2017, i just got one software project, its surprise me that one project really enough for me and my family. i still able go on vacation with my family and buy new stuff for my wife and my kid, etc.
