This is the best Diplomacy game because everybody somehow has formed natural questlines for themselves. > There's Vale with King Charles and an attempted expedition that got stranded in the middle of the thunderdome > There's Chamber having to deal with a sudden surge of power and a rapidly forming coalition against him > There's Lynx having an endseig at turn 2 right away while slowly getting drunk > There's Pedejo with the one goal of killing Lynx on his mind - dont even matter that Shackleton's expedition managed to torch both St. Petersburg and Moscow > There's Teddy trying to snake his way into any significant advantage being forced to maintain an alliance with someone he is destined to betray > There's Dino trying to manage an unreliable ally and a collapsing ally all the while seeing the Ottomans rapidly mobilize a larger army and the Russians steam rolling through Poland and Prussia > Then there's Maivi just poking at stuff
This is amazing. The fact that you've been apparently brainwashed by a robot has close to zero relevance to the plot. Lynx spends most of the game LARPing as Hitler losing the second world war while progressively getting drunker. The absolute insanity that is the return of Napoleon coupled with Teddy having a boxing match with everyone at once and whatever the hell Pedejo was doing in Germany. Dyno apparently preferring to play War Thunder than continuing to be beaten up by Maivi coming out of the corner with a steel chair. Might as well pack up the channel now, even CNA can't top this.

59:29 This clip basically summarizes every Valefisk video. Vale sells Lynx out to Chamber and then dips only for Teddy to immediately join and start trying to sell Bulgaria to Dyno in the next chat over.
This is the best Diplomacy game because everybody somehow has formed natural questlines for themselves.
> There's Vale with King Charles and an attempted expedition that got stranded in the middle of the thunderdome
> There's Chamber having to deal with a sudden surge of power and a rapidly forming coalition against him
> There's Lynx having an endseig at turn 2 right away while slowly getting drunk
> There's Pedejo with the one goal of killing Lynx on his mind - dont even matter that Shackleton's expedition managed to torch both St. Petersburg and Moscow
> There's Teddy trying to snake his way into any significant advantage being forced to maintain an alliance with someone he is destined to betray
> There's Dino trying to manage an unreliable ally and a collapsing ally all the while seeing the Ottomans rapidly mobilize a larger army and the Russians steam rolling through Poland and Prussia
> Then there's Maivi just poking at stuff
I stand by the fact that Pedejo did the classic Pede-throw
What were you playing on warthunder what gamemode and lineup
@@charliemoore6561 If I were to disclose that publicly I would embarrass myself
@@dynamo8846 do it anyway
@@dynamo8846 thats a 6.7 germany response right there
@@pko6596 how dare you slander like that, it wasnt that I can tell you that much
This is amazing.
Diplomacy be like:
"Who's Winning?!"
"WE DON'T KNOW!"
"What is winning"
At ze end its always ze germans ja!
"Definitely not us"
Theres a channel that commentates professional diplomacy games, and they decided to have a look at this game, and not only did that point out every single mistake made, but they knew that turkey was winning even by the end of turn 1
@@magnateze I had this video recommended right after watching the match, I'll check it out
i really appreciate the map animations; they really make the game easy to follow!
you all are a joy to watch; makes me wish i had a board game group lmao
I think the most shocking part of this is an actually confirmation of the Campaign for North Africa video. Like, that was a *screenshot*. I thought we were being led on.
I have to say, the natural storytelling of setting up the Lynx drinking only for it to come back into play like 1 1/2 hours later is beautiful.
“I don’t understand what’s going on in the south of Europe”
“It’s fucking hell”
Sounds about right
Typical day in Balkans to be honest
Fun fact. The Isengard theme is just a Concerning Hobbits that has been Inverted. In Volume, Tone, and the main motifs are just the same notes in reverse of one another.
HOLY MOLY
Those little animations and captions are exactly why I love watching your insane videos, no matter how long they are. if not for them it would be impossible to follow along ❤❤
one question tho... why in the sponsorship when you said you used scissors before you've shown BDSM safety scissors?
@@amNero they look more like trauma shears
@@amNero why do you know how bdsm safety scissors look like hmmm?
@@autr3553 Those are indeed trauma shears, the angle is to allow one to more easily cut clothing or seatbelts while kneeling above a patient, but I suppose they could be used for...alternative activities.
@@amNero maybe vale really did use them for other purposes...
Lynx: I AM UNDER ATTACK, MY VERY EXISTENCE IS IN DANGER.
Dyno: okay.
This was fucking amazing. A best moments compilation would be just the whole video all over again--from Maivi winning quietly from the shadows to Lynx being the only one plastered but the rest playing just as chaotically, i just couldn't stop laughing.
"For demonstration purposes, I have crafted a small hobbit foot. Complete with real human hair."
..Vale, you have too much time on your hands and too much dedication to small, meaningless things. Keep at it bud!
Lynx is the aggressive kind drunk, they help friends, they will yell and seem aggressive, but if you pay attention it's just because they don't want you to be in harm's way
"Secretly" Yeah, okay, pal.
This video made me really want to try out Diplomacy, and also to have friends.
Note for later: 1:29:00
Note: once you have friends, trying out diplomacy is a good way to lose them.
@@eclipserepeater2466unless you give them Stockholm syndrome...
"That's why you betrayed me in Belgium" is a beautiful quote
I just realized that Vale's "friends" are probably his "friends" most likely because of Stockholm Syndrome
E
Id assume they get a portion of the video's revenue which is both highly concerning and very funny😂😂
You only just realized that? I thought it was never in doubt
It’s the lure of getting multiple people together to play a board game
I've watched this video quite a few times already, but only now realized that it's *_2 hours long_*
The fact I never noticed that really shows how consistently entertaining this whole vid is!
CNA, gotta be next week then!
cna, just a week away :)
@@NocturnalTyphlosion CNA is in a week! Woo-hoo!
@@XSniper74184 I am so happy about this information :)
Seeing this comment dated ten days ago really is something
No
"See how easily it cut's through this real human hair?"
Proceeds to cut literally zero strands of hair
OMG the Historia Civilis influence and shout-out is wonderful, seeing two of my favourite content creators “collide” like that felt awesome!
near the 1:00:00 mark, vale talking about the state of the game just makes me think of this like if world war I was fought entirely with beyblades
It's not a normal game. It's Paranoia Diplomacy.
E: Lynx's level of pissed was rather entertaining.
Lynx ain't even cooked; mans is pickled
I've genuinely seen your previous Diplomacy like 10 times, It's so chaotic I always find something I missed last time. Looking forward to watching this 20 times over the next couple of months and getting the same experience.
I had a prediction around the 1/4 to 1/3 mark of the video that Mavie never gets alliances. She either has no friends and looses because no one ever is willing to be with her, or she refuses to make friends and wins because of it. I am glad to know that I am at least half right.
"I'll just get back to the loser call... How you doing Dyno?"
the constant threat of the "campaign for north africa" video haunts me
1. Im glad the north africa campaign video is still coming along.
2. Thankyou for all the editing to make this an actual watchable experience
