I could not agree with you more....I would think we are about the same age....I feel this information is often lacking in the youth of today.....I always make the best of myself even when going grocery shopping!.... I was stopped today by a lady who told me how wonderful I looked and she also said what a pleasant change to see someone making an effort and this wasn't a one off for me.....I am often stopped by strangers and given compliments....and it makes one feel so good about oneself and life....and we all need that....thank you for your video.....KR... I love your bright wardrobe! I also like that you have multiples of the same item. I see capsule wardrobes where there is one button down shirt and one T-shirt and one dress and one skirt and one of this and one of that. But I don’t find that to be very realistic for me. I like a couple of silhouettes in different colors and fabrics and that makes up my entire wardrobe. I’m very happy with that formula. It’s true I don’t have a lot of different types of outfits, but my main goal is to get dressed in the morning easily and be very happy with what I have to put on. I definitely have achieved that.

I’m so happy your channel was recommended for me! I’m binge watching now. Ever have something that you feel changed your life? Well these videos are a turning point for me. I’ve always cared about clothing and dressing appropriately. But in the last five years I’ve really struggled to find TH-cam content about clothing that I felt was
right for me. Too many trendy styles and colors that are gone too soon. Too many changes of styles and styles that don’t fit me. I’m in my journey to lose weight gained from having misdiagnosed thyroid issues for 20 years. I’m purchasing less expensive clothes because I know they are temporary and I won’t wear them next year. But I want to still have a casual classic wardrobe and purchase items that look nice and launder nicely.

You can buy some simple inexpensive garments and spice them up with a pretty scarf, jewelry, or favorite handbag during your transition. Thanks for your advice. I agree with you, I will emphasize one very important thing. Please, do IRON your clothes. For me, as an european, it was shocking to see how wrinkled americans wear their clothes. In Europe, most people (around 99%, I would say) iron all their clothes, sometimes even re-iron them (for example if they are made of linen) during the day.
.....lots of young people don't know what a ironing board is.......................
I had a hard time watching this with her left side collar wrinkled around her vest and blouse folded back, not folded equal to the other side.

Too many images are used that detract from what you’re trying to say. Those extra images cheapen the look of the video. I liked what you were saying but it was so distracting to see those images.
