This video omits a very important point: by default, in Preferences > Collaboration, the preference is enabled: "First invite shares all tracks" (at least that was the case on my system). This was confusing for a first-time user of PT collaboration because the video makes a big deal of the idea that you don't have to share all tracks.
My project had tracks that didn't need to be shared, but they started uploading automatically. To add to the confusion, not all the share buttons were enabled. When I tried to stop the sharing in Task Manager, it would start up again.
I called Avid support and asked if sharing all tracks was somehow enabled by default, and the support guy said "no." Wrong.
He directed me to the "new tracks are shared" Preference, which was irrelevant to my issue, but right below it is "first invite shares all tracks."
Now we're just dealing with the fact that everything is absurdly slow, even though my cable internet connection is reasonably fast. Dropbox is probably faster, and a perfectly viable option for what we're doing.

Hmm ... just point out that normally there needs to be one producer/anchor for any project....and that that needs to be agreed. At outset preferably.

$200 tambourine loop? Nah, just joking, this is super cool. It's just a shame that pro tools hd softtware is priced so high that most people that I work with will stay with Ableton. Also, the Collaboration Clouid price is insane. I think MOST people will stick with the head ache of Dropbox and Google Drive.
