There's a board game called "The Menace Among Us" (the title similarity is seemingly a pure coincidence) that has a similar theme and feel. 4-8 players are trapped on a malfunctioning spaceship and the crew must repair the ship before the menace players (Imposters) either kill them all or cause the life support systems to fail. Quite a good game and definitely one that would appeal to fans of the video game.

Some people have made their own kind of among us, but as far as I can tell, there isn’t an official game to buy
I know it's not a closed room whudonit game, but I would include Battlestar Galactica for the setting and the hidden traitor mechanic :) .
No serious board gamer would omit Battlestar Galactica from a list like this
