Really nice touches with the way you set up feasible situations for each combo. I feel like one of the roughest parts of learning a character is learning the situations where certain combos are practical to go for.
Think of it like canceling a normal into a special. Red rc is pretty much an attack that extends pressure or combos etc. that can be cancelled like any other normal. Only difference is you aren't imputing a directional notation, like 214 or 623
Can you explain me why when i try the fast rc combo from overhead sometimes i dont keep the momentum? I always do 66rrc and fast cancel in hs, but sometimes i just float
Just went over the combo in game myself. The momentum used in the HS comes only from the 66RRC not anything prior. Not the Jump, Not the dash momentum leading into the close slash. If johnny isn't being flung forward the the 66RRC Fast RC is not being done properly.
Forward jumping makes it easier if your having the trouble with the rc. The lower you do the overhead mist finer the combo is too land. If you do it low and clean enough you might not even need the momentum.

I'm new to Guilty Gear. I have no idea how to execute the fast RC into HS (2:27). I've tried, but can't get it done. Looks really cool though!

I think you got the wrong combo at 1:13. 5K into 6K drops, the counter resets
