The size of the leaves on your anthurium plants 🪴 😮😮😮. They’re OUTSTANDING!!!! Howwwwwww do you get the leaves to get sooooooo big????? And follow up question…how long do leave your humidifier running to keep the leaves from crisping on the edges. Your plants are EVERYTHING ❤👀❤️🪴🌿🪴
Thank u SO much for these nice comments💚💚💚 Humidifier is kind of an afterthought to be honest- I’ll run it if I notice the humidity in the 30s it’s it’s extra hot & dry. I usually put it on a 4 hour timer. Size; it’s anthurium season over here. They are all loving this warm weather and just getting huge. I think alot of them lately really like the calmag I’ve been adding to my nutrients, the occasional mycorrhizae and they get a LOT of light which I think is key. Even I’ve been surprised by the size up on some of these💚
Every time you say “Jackie and Jackie”…I crack up thinking about the fact that your plant sitting team consists of two people…both named Jackie 😂😂😂. You made my day…as per usual. lol 😂
Glad your plants did so well while you were on holiday. Its one of my biggest fears, trusting my plants with someone 😵💫 i got my zamora queen from ecuagenera and it melted in the Fl heat. 🥵
Nooooooo! Not the Zamora Queen! RIP😢 I’m afraid of what my electric bill is going to be this month- I kept it on the ENTIRE time, just for these outrageous & spoiled plants. Your collection is quite robust. U would need a team of 3 or 4 Jackie’s. Two simply will not do 😆💚
@EnchantedPlantQueen lol yeah at least! My problem was importing in summertime. The time between Ecuador to apoka fl then shipping a 3rd time to my house. The box was super hot when I finally received it. I'll learn one day 😆
I think it was you who set your plants for success with all the extra chores you did before leaving and they may be responding to the eco temps you left them at whilst on vacay.
that's my pet peeve with some Anthurium, long internodal spacing. The papis and papi hybrids seem to be the worst and I am not one of those people that will just chop off the bottom of a healthy plant and leave like 1 root, so I am always looking for deeper pots.
@@EnchantedPlantQueen thanks, I will keep looking!! Love your overall approach to the plants and the tips for travel. I’m always disappointed when I travel as my friends can’t quite help with the watering/maintenance the way I’d like! But beggars can’t be choosers!
Using a mask for soil is for Legionnaires disease.... ya. :) Keep the soil a little damp. I use peroxide on it. Lots of nasties in that soil. Especially if you get it from the forest or graveyard. :| Bless.... ya every graveyard has its own soil yard... sneak in at night get the best soil, just gota peroxide it.
@@EnchantedPlantQueen I live across the street from a grave yard... fyi.. one of the perks. :)... found skull couple of summers ago.. that was kinda cool :)

@aquaman461 been there! That’s what happened with my winter unboxing from hell. So sad😞
@@EnchantedPlantQueen I'm thinking Fall time is the sweet spot or just buying with 2days shipping

Thanks Kristin🙌🏻 Eco temps for the win…although my electric bill was the opposite of winning😳💚

Gahhh love those pjs but can’t find them 😢

You are going to want to double the size of your pot for Doc Block 😊
Yes! Absolutely 👍🏻
My Zamora new leaf did the same thing at the bottom. 😢
Ughhhh so sad looking- still a beauty on top tho. I can see the beginnings of a new leaf so hopefully better luck next time😆💚
@@EnchantedPlantQueen Same here! It may have more hope now will see!
Where are the pyjamas from?!?
Disney store.com- they are super soft, I love them. Sold out quick- but I think they have the lounge pj pants on the website last time I checked 💚
