i sent like 30 cold emails and none of them was answered... yesterday i decided to cold call maybe 15 businesses and i booked an appointment on 8-th call, so i think cold calling might be a little better for me than cold email ( also to take into consideration, that i started my agency like a week and a half ago and have no experience with marketing whatsoever)
Gotta be sending minimum 30-50 per day, not just once. Plus you need to send hundreds if not thousands to gather data and improve. You'll never get good response rates on your first try. Took me about 1000 emails before I started getting good conversion rates.

Work in volume. 50 emails a day? 5 cold calls? Bro you r u doing like 1 hour of work a day. Send out at least 700 autogenerated emails and 20 cold calls a day.
Not really spammy when done correctly, I've gotten dozens of compliments for my cold emails. Only problem is I wasn't reaching the right people with big lists.

That's real specific lol, only go for niches that can afford your service and you can get results for

Hey Ryan when you picked your niche. How did you find out what ads or services most businesses already run ?
not sure what you mean, but you can find competitor ads using adspy tools or FB ad library

I used technology lookup sites, but honestly the lead quality is fairly low with this approach
