Most of cold emails go straight to spam or promotions instead to the inbox. Visibility is a must, and the main goal first for cold emailing is to land straight to their inboxes to be seen.
The worst emails I receive are from agencies that have their services listed like this: 1. Facebook Ads 2. Google Ads. 3. Email Marketing 4. SEO 5. Content Marketing Like wtf, these services in itself aren't the end. These are the pathways to reach that end which is the actual result, can be meetings, leads, or sales. Hi Charlie agree with a lot of what you say not all ( cause you can charge a fee) I think reason you do well is self confidence in what you do. You are correct too many look at what's in it for me should always look at whats in it for client. Ive worked 30 years in direct sales from financial, and advertising to kitchens etc now work direct consultancy and charge what many would think is a lot of money upfront but I give a lot and genuinely always look at it from a clients perspective its the only one that counts. It is actually so easy if you believe 1, and 2 you have confidence in what you say and do. By the way one commented they sent 100 emails had 3 replies I would say then pick the fxxking phone up and ask them what they thought about the email you've warmed them up now :) also speaking will always give better results had salespeople who used to hide behind emails thinking they were busy just talk to people. The most important is to get a conversation going forget business talk to them on a non business level. You could ask them if they thought your email was good or bad and what would have made them respond to you. Use your newness to your advantage people like to help people if asked. Most important I guarantee if you speak to 100 people someone will go yes ile do that it may be number 100 the others were just giving you a good rehearsal for the moment. We started offering comm based about 4 months ago and have clients wanting to pay us more per lead than we offer as the leads are good so its a win win. Also agree that any info or strategies older than 6 months have become outdated which wasn't always the case.

How would a agency selling explainer videos for companies come up with a risk reversal strategy? I can't guarantee they will get clients, because that is up to the person and how he does his outreach, I'm just delivering a video but struggle to come up with a strategy for my niche.
How can you offer a pay on results basis if you work with leads and you cant have control of their show up rate? You cant track them so you cant get paid on pure results if you work with business like dentists
Yeah so you'd just work on a pay per appointment basis :) alternatively, build a system for show ups and a tracking system for show ups if you wanna charge per show.

Can you actually back up that offer? No point doing big claims if you can't backit up, just for the sake of the offer. 4X roas is doable in certain niches but not in all. Some brands are printing millions with a 2.4X ROAS in profit, what if you don't get them 4X you're underperforming?
