Clearwater Beach is Simply Stunning. We just returned from Bermuda and wanted to visit this beach. We were told by two of the locals that the bus leaves you about an hours walk away from Clearwater and Turtle Beach. Wish we would have gone anyway, after watching your video. Just another reason to go back to Bermuda. We are new TH-camrs and have an entire series dedicated to Bermuda. Consider us Subscribed.
We have been to bermuda numerous times and we will try your recommendation as we are coming back again at the end of October 2023. Bermuda is my favorite vacation destination its so beautiful.

Opps…one more thing…we joined the locals frequently to take the bus to the other and busier side of Bermuda! I was in my 60s at that the time and the sweetest elder man insisted I take his seat! Wonderful people in Bermuda!!!

Thanks for watching and the positive comments! If you are going toward the airport on the cause way the area to the left is where Grotto Bay Beach Resort is located. Also all the way across the water to the left is where Coney Island is! I hope this helps!
We stayed in St. George at a hotel that had huge potential…fabulous food and views…we understand that it may have been refurbished…hope so as it was a perfect location with a very short walk down the hill to everything. Love, love loved the fort there as we were one of only 3 wandering through out and deep into the bowels of the fort….fascinating! Deep into the fort, the dining area was so interesting, but not for those who may be a bit claustrophobic! The beaches on either side were gorgeous and empty in early spring.
I believe you stayed at the St. Regis Hotel and the fort you went into was Fort St. Catherine's! Also, the beaches were Achilles Bay and St. Catherine's Bay! AWESOME!! I definitely need to spend some more time up that way! I have yet to really explore it like it deserves! I'm really happy you enjoyed your stay! Please come back soon!
I’m going to Bermuda at the end of October and Cooper’s Island is high on my list. Is it easy to reach by public transportation? I was thinking of taking the Norwegian cruise boat to St George. And then I’m hoping to bus. Any suggestions are appreciated! 😊
If you stay at Grotto Beach Resort it’ll be super close! And you can take about an 8 minute bus ride. The issue is the bus sometimes takes forever to drop by. In this case just call a taxi. Such a short trip wouldn’t be too expensive. If you are staying in St Georges on a ship you’re right next to coopers island. It’s only a 5 minute trip by bus or taxi! Also if you like Chinese food try Golden Dragon.

If you are in Hamilton harbor probably 20-25 minutes. If you are in port at Dockyard… at least 40-45min, I’d say by taxi 🚕
