You also bring up a good point about walking away. I was customizing a Classified Storm Shadow and got caught up in painting in every single detail, which ultimately detracted from the overall figure. In that case less was more, but live and learn. When you mentioned that you were painting the coat brown I thought to myself that’s not gonna look good. That said after seeing how you went and did the whole figure it looks great.
I've actually started custom painting my figures.started with TMNT 2012editions Makes them look so much better They give us good sculpts they don't put the time into good paint anymore.
