I needed this today! Firmly planted in front of my laptop for the next half hour. Philly was a great radio market to grow up with. Lucky to have been a South Jersey kid! How I remember listening to KYW on snow days for the school closings.
Hey Ellis... beautiful collection my friend. I'm a Philly radio baby. Grew up sleeping with the radio on next to the bed or under my pillow. Also worked for years at various Philly radio stations. This is awesome 👍🏼
This year marks 10 years since I discovered your great radio channel. Thank you for introducing me to the great Radio of the past, and I’m glad to have shared some radio recordings with you sir. You’re amazing. You are appreciated. Hope to see you one day if you ever make it down to Fort Lauderdale.
Love that Z106 and WPEN had the same TOH included in this montage. Certainly a well-used one all over the place, but still amusing to hear two executions in one collection for radically different stations. Some of these really bring back good memories of different eras in life. Heck, it would be fun to have individual MP3s to toss into my library to randomly pop up between tunes. Mostly the Electric 106 weather mix :) That may have been the only good thing to come from the WTRK train wreck. (Wait...those letters also fit train wreck....)
Hi, thanks for this video! Only one thing, isn’t this a repost? And if so, why? I also remember there being a 3.0 version of this video. Along with the first version seems to have disappeared from TH-cam. Can you explain this to me? Thanks, and again, I love love this video!
Hi, I've been searching for years for a retro jingle from the Philadelphia area. I believe it aired from 1970 until about 1973. It was for temple car insurance. Can you help me find it?

Glad you enjoyed it. If you still have any of your old airchecks, I’d love to archive them here!
As you Ellis, I was born and raised in Philadelphia, your collage of jingles certainly took me back. Thanks for the memories.
@@joewhlm So glad you enjoyed it!
This is fantastic - a half hour of non-stop jingle happiness!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank You Very Much for Sharing. Mr Feaster.
Geez everybody had some PAMS jingles: WIP, WIBG, WFIL, CAU-FM, WHAT, Or JAMS resings like WKXW. What no Popular 102?

Great stuff
👨🏻🦱70's Philly kid here too! Hold up now, that Wizard 100 did that eventually become WZZD?!?! Thx for the memories Sir Ellis!🌞 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It was WIBG, and became WZZD Wizzard 100 in 1977.
@@EllisFeaster WowZa! 🤘🏻
Nice trip through time!

I got the 3.0 as an audio file
@@NelvanaFan1971 I might actually be interested in that if you’d be willing to send it to me?
25:18 I guess you didn't get the email I sent with the color photos of WTRK Electric 106. Do you want me to send it again?
Please send again, I missed it.
@@EllisFeaster okay, will do.
Do you have any jingles for York Pennsylvania or South Central Pennsylvania
I don’t have much for that area.
Can you find the gingles from WWDB 96.5 when they first went to talk radio in 1975 to 1977. Wynn Moore, Ken James, Dominic Quinn and Evil Irv. 😂
I can only remember the opening line, turn to Temple for car insurance, Temple is as near as your phone. Do you remember that jingle?
@@donjones9379 Sorry, it’s not ringing a bell

Name of the song between 6:52 to 6:56? Thanks for Spain.
Emotion, Samantha Sang.
@@EllisFeaster thanks Ellis!
My neighbor next door to me did Kyw 1060 jingle.
Sounds like Surfer Girl 3:56-4:04
Do you have anything from Lehigh County?
Very little. What I have has been posted already
Remember when EZ101 gave out radios that were just tunes to their station? They would give them out to businesses for free.
@@rustynail6819 They had one at my PSFS!
