I feel bad for the plaintiff because I'd bet my ENTIRE PAYCHECK that the defendant told him she was getting evicted. Just because she wasn't doesn't mean she didn't say that. It's clear she's used to lying because damn near every annoying word out of her mouth in court has been a lie.

I definitely think he needs to be paying more in child support over 10 years. The child is 10 years older and definitely needs more support because the older they get the more they need but he shouldn't be paying any of her bills because she should be working herself to contribute to her own self and her own daughter. I definitely think she's using that child to gain more from him because he definitely cares about his child.

So he was paying $360 a month and sending her money here and there. She’s now asking for an increase in child support? He far exceeded his responsibility and hers, so the court should definitely take that into account. I hate to see responsible fathers get treated this way, it especially strikes a nerve with me because my children’s father was a deadbeat who does the very minimal, barely spends time and then she gets a guy who goes out of his way and she acts like this? Just terrible 😣 Women like this usually wind up getting less child support, and courts do not condone moms living off child support. So she may have a rude awakening, after they see how much money he’s giving her on top of her child support. She’s going to be in trouble because she’s supposed to report that extra money he’s giving her😂 She is getting ready to ruin a good thing she has going. 😔

I went through something similar to this... it took me too long and lost a LOT.... more than this, but i blocked them off after things started to make no sense. Can't take her to court cuz i don't know where she is. I will never know the real story from that person but i hope karma bites her in the ass.
