Rye especially when he was like I do temp work so they call me when they have a job open. OK temp work is not a permanent job a consistent job. People need a consistent job when they have kids or a second child on the way and why isn’t she working? I was high risk pregnancyand I was working 10 to 12 hours a day with special needs adults. That’s not an easy job. I loved all my clients but it’s not an easy job.

The only person I truly feel bad for is the mother who's living on an underpaid teacher salary. She's basically raising her grandchildren and her kids because they're all bums. He only wants to do temp work instead of going to go get a permanent job, knowing he's about to have a second child on the way. And his sister that he mentioned is acting the same way. They all should be ashamed of themselves. They're putting more energy into making babies with no income rather than bettering their lives.
Unfortunately that's all to common in America. And my family specifically. It's sad.

Agree. I started out with oncall agencies when I was that guy's age. It really sucks since you rarely get any calls and it keeps you unmotivated because I learned in life that you can't depend on people to give you opportunities, you gotta create them. The oncalls are only good for references that allowed me to get hired to a full time job that I be working for nearly 5 years now.
He may have a criminal past, but most felons go through the temp service because they do not conduct background checks. But this is simply speculation on my part.
