She summed it up it perfectly with that last response: just let them talk! The tape will be available to the family court judge to see how much of a nut she is. Judy chose to remain calm and let her run her mouth because Judy knows this will work in the plaintiffs favour when they go to family court. the judge there will see how unhinged she is 😂
Cause the defendant was digging her own hole. Too self-absorbed to know when to stop blabbering. It's easier to let her contradict herself.

It takes a big man to put up with an insufrible roach of a woman for all this time and going through all these legal hurdles to make sure he’s present in his daughter’s life.

I absolutely LOVE what Judge Judy said to the plaintiff in the end: "When you go to court, just let her talk". YES!! Let her do the talking, she'll hang herself with that ridiculously entitled attitude - assuming she doesn't get thrown out of the courtroom to begin with.
How about this twist: in a few more years, the daughter might choose to live with dad - and then he can ask the defendant for child support!

Somehow, him not winning the money, but letting her embarrass herself on national TV seems more satisfying in a way…
I saw this on TV today and they didn’t edit out his post interview like they did on TH-cam. He said he hadn’t seen his daughter in months because the mom had turned her against him. He said usually he buys school clothes at the beginning of the term, but he couldn’t afford to this last time. The mom told the daughter that he didn’t buy her school clothes because he just didn’t want to. He said he was going to file for custody.
She didn’t do an exit interview.

I’ve seen worse post divorce, so I don’t think it matters. I do think marriage is important, but what’s even more important is making sure the person you’re with is solid in character.

Not really, even divorced parents argue like this over their children its just child support and shared medical expenses for them are usually included in the divorce decree. Being married before making said children brings zero guarantee you'll be able to co parent without drama 😂

Take the child away from that "mother" who probably hasn't given a dollar of the father's money to the child. She'd live a better life in an orphanage if the father can't have her.

Words of wisdom. She knows that any family court judge that listens to that crazy broad is going to have a lot of sympathy for the plaintiff. He still may need to pay additional child support if there is a change in circumstances, but I bet he could get additional visitation, just on the basis of the child needing more time with a parent who isn't off their rocker.
Perhaps primary custody needs to be revisited, since defendant couldn't seem to appreciate the decent amount of child support and extra help that she was getting in a timely manner. Hemet (at that point in time) was a relatively affordable area to live, too. What a piece of work.

She's horrible, but I have no sympathy for him whatsoever. He made a baby with her, and that was his choice. The only person deserving of sympathy in all this mess is the child.
