That safety is standard style, and I took a while to get used to it on my lever action. Good to be able to choose a lever action with a box magazine. Sounds like a great entry level lever action rifle.
First thing I will do is removing the fake tube magazine. Furthermore, lever action rifles are more for the US market and they mostly rejected this rifle, so I don't think it will be on the market for long.
Oh It’s kinda funny I was specifically LOOKING for a lever action cheap plinker where I could be at the range all day long. THIS may be my new favorite toy for a bit and I’m American proud 🇺🇸😂😅
Nooo !!! One of the best things about a lever gun is the internal magazine that you don't have to worry about forgetting or losing ... You just added more moving parts to a very proven design... This is almost like going backwards !!!

Thanks Josh, good review! Great little rifle, not fussy about ammo. Quite pricey, but adding cerakote to any rifle is $400 or so ???

been looking to get a new 22 leaver the one i have is buggered think ill get one of these only thing is the mag release not sure about that

There is a pic rail on the back of mine. They should come with one.

@@pauljay1328 yes there are little ridges so to speak under the rear pic rail that it mounts to but it doesn’t move at all.
What rail is on it ? Looks like a Picatinny rail

Haha that is one of the main reasons I hate leaver action rifles is the tube mag. 😂
