Hi! Do you think getting the heartleaf toner would be redundant if I already have the skinfood essence that was shown in the vid? Are there any differences between the two apart from their consistency?
Anua 77% heartleaf vs Roundlab dokdo toner which is good for normal to dry skin with darkspots? I'm targeting the gentle exfoliation on daily basis, which one would you recommend for me?
For dull skin it's okay but for acne prone skin it's a no no! It is a thick essence/serum like toner which gets sticky when layered it 2 times. It might clog the pores for acne prone skin.

I can’t find the percentage of the malic acid (AHA/BHA), but studies have not really disproven the pairing of BHA and retinol as unsafe or problematic. I’m safely assuming the percentage is quite low for the exfoliating acids in this toner. 🤞🏼☺️

I noticed that my skin is easily irritated by cotton pillow cases that then led to constant clogged pores and bumpy skin. Hope this helps!! 🫶🏼
Have you looked into fungal acne or fatty alcohols? Some people react to these and it looks like acne. Skincare science has a great blog with his process with fungal acne.

I like after care and want to keep my skin nice, clean, smooth, and get rid of acne and blackheads. I do get black heads and white heads On my nose. Sometimes acne around my chin and cheeks. I was wondering if a skin routine is a daily thing , once a day or even twice a day? Or once a week. What would u recommend for skin routine in terms of cleansing oil, toner, cleansing foam and moisturizer? Sorry I don’t know if that’s the correct order I’m just getting into this whole skin care routine because I do enjoy it! Thank you!!

The toner can slowly reduce the appearance of pores with its AHA properties. But I don't think it's strong enough to make a huge difference. I have not tried the sunscreen. I'm not sure which lotion moisturizer you're talking about. I only tried the intense moisturizer, and it does not help with pore problems :/
I didn't notice a significant difference in blackheads (I don't normally have whiteheads) with the toner. But it did help me with the appearance of my pores (especially around my cheeks and near my nose).

Hi! I found that this toner is a lot more hydrating and calming than Skinfood’s Essence. Hope this helps!

After water the toner pads have Gluconolactone which is a PHA chemical exfoliant. These are both physical and chemical exfoliation pads.
