@@girlvsglobe Thank you, Sabina 🙂. Dutch and Afrikaans is quite the same. I speak English only fluently (omg I feel terrible-) but I'm learning Korean, since I am Korean, but I was born in America and both my parents are very good in English so :/ I'm also learning Spanish and Japanese right now, but my Korean is FAR better than my Spanish. And then my Spanish is quite better than Japanese lol. I can have a long conversation in Korean. Maybe not grammatically correct 100% of the time, but I can talk quite a lot. Spanish I can hold a short conversation, but not long. Japanese I can barely say anything lol. However Japanese does have Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji (I am dreading it lol), so I'm still memorizing the characters. I plan to learn French, Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese, Irish, Greek, and/or Arabic in the future!
Thanks for sharing information about 7 free apps that teachers can use in ESL classroom. All the 7 are new to me and I am going to experiment with them.

Hello Sabina! I am an arabic native. I speak English and French And I want to learn Russian and Germany inchaellah..By the way Congratulations your arabic is amazing. Well done Sabine and Good luck Everyone in learning your favourite languages !!
For me the best one is Drops because it doesn't overload your head as it is only 5mins and we can start a new session after every 10hours....and we can choose what we want to learn for example like kpop , food , consonants , vowels and so many.... And ya i have learned so many korean words and sentences so far, luv it❤
I'm a native Dutch speaker. I also speak English 9/10, German, 7/10 and French 5/10 and have been learning Spanish with DuoLingo for about 2 months now. Although I do really like DL, you simply can't learn the language properly with just the app. As you mentioned, the pronounciation is a bit like Google translate, and it just can't be compared to how native Spanish speakers speak in real life. I've been chatting with some Spanish friends I made, and that has helped me a lot to understand better when spoken to. My reading and writing skills are ok at the moment, but still a little hesitant to actually speak Spanish, my pronounciation isn't all that well, and although I understand about 60% when written without a translator, it's hard for me to come up with the words I need while talking myself.
Learning Chinese at the moment! Studying with Apps is not my favorite way of learning a language, I prefer watching a tone of videos online. What do you think about it?
I speak Spanish and I am studying (for my own) English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and French (they teach French and English at school). Sometimes it is difficult, but all languages are beautiful :3💗
I’m not sure what app that is, but I feel like I recently got a similar ad - if I come across it again I’ll let you know! There’s a cool Chrome plugin you might like that helps you learn a new language through Netflix. You can find it here: chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/language-learning-with-ne/hoombieeljmmljlkjmnheibnpciblicm?hl=en ☺️ Good luck with your learning!
This is all in order of what languages I speak. Japanese, English, Russian, German, Arabic, and Irish. I'm learning Spanish, French, Hungarian, Chinese, and Korean. The apps I use are Duolingo and Drops but I think Drops helps a lot sometimes because Duolingo doesn't have the tips on some languages and I hate the 5 hearts thing. Also Drops can be annoying too because I only get 5 minutes or more and I wish I can have more time to learn.
Morad Tabbicca usually if you have a super old account , like I do for about 6 years or more, they give you unlimited hearts or you don’t have to use hearts anymore

I really really love to make friends around the world to practice languages skills and learn other culture...Hope mandarin language learners feel free to contact me. 😀
Omg! I really really respect your willing to learn Arabic cuz it is actually my first language😘😘😘
Busuu, it's also the best apps for learning languages.
Thank you for making us to explore the apps.. Thank you

Hello Sabina!
I am an arabic native. I speak English and French And I want to learn Russian and Germany inchaellah..By the way Congratulations your arabic is amazing. Well done Sabine and Good luck Everyone in learning your favourite languages !!
I want to be more better in English.. Which app should I use?
Your suggestion is very good and helpful. Thanks a lot....
For me the best one is Drops because it doesn't overload your head as it is only 5mins and we can start a new session after every 10hours....and we can choose what we want to learn for example like kpop , food , consonants , vowels and so many.... And ya i have learned so many korean words and sentences so far, luv it❤
Thank you so much I've wanted to learn German but I couldn't find an app thanks to you now I can learn it
Aww I’m so glad this video was helpful Aisha! Thanks for watching ☺️💕

Love your video. . . Learning japanese using busuu, lingodeer, drops and duolingo. . .
The Spanish accent I'm getting on Duolingo is dead on for Latin America, but not for Spain.
thank you ❤ you speak arabic in good way , it's my language and I know it is not easy. keep learning it is a beautiful language ❤
Learning Chinese at the moment! Studying with Apps is not my favorite way of learning a language, I prefer watching a tone of videos online. What do you think about it?
yes I agree, I learn better that way
Brice Chivu same here! I agree!❤️
I speak Spanish and I am studying (for my own) English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and French (they teach French and English at school). Sometimes it is difficult, but all languages are beautiful :3💗
I feel very happy after seing this video I really wanted to learn many languages thanks for thia suggestions :)
Useful information about Apps to learn English
I saw an app or site ad a while ago. I just can't recall it. It claims to learn a language by using movies, film, scripts...etc. Do you know it?
I’m not sure what app that is, but I feel like I recently got a similar ad - if I come across it again I’ll let you know! There’s a cool Chrome plugin you might like that helps you learn a new language through Netflix. You can find it here: chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/language-learning-with-ne/hoombieeljmmljlkjmnheibnpciblicm?hl=en ☺️ Good luck with your learning!
Just got the ad again! Was it @lingopietv? ☺️
LingQ?
Think it’s called fluentu
I think it’s FluentU
This is all in order of what languages I speak. Japanese, English, Russian, German, Arabic, and Irish. I'm learning Spanish, French, Hungarian, Chinese, and Korean.
The apps I use are Duolingo and Drops but I think Drops helps a lot sometimes because Duolingo doesn't have the tips on some languages and I hate the 5 hearts thing. Also Drops can be annoying too because I only get 5 minutes or more and I wish I can have more time to learn.
what about russian? do you well know russian?
I wanted to learn Spanish using duolingo but after i used up the free trail I stopped because it was annoying me because of the hearts
What hearts? I use Duolingo every day for free. Never seen the hearts thing some people talk about. Or is it because I created my account long ago?
Yes. On free acct, the hearts, or losing hearts, can stop you from learning for the day.
Sameeee
@@xhuga2 I think they are using the app not the website
I use the app idk if computer has hearts .-.
Morad Tabbicca usually if you have a super old account , like I do for about 6 years or more, they give you unlimited hearts or you don’t have to use hearts anymore
The video is sooo helpful thank you

The advantage of Duolingo Arabic is their thorough drills on the alphabet. If you do Arabic, every language seems easy in comparison
Its always so nice to see people who aren’t native Arabic speakers learn it, if sometimes you feel discouraged don’t be because as a native I struggle a lot too 😅😊
