nice video, what audio interface do you feel works best with your ehtos?

My opinion is that any interface will work well. I haven't noticed a difference when using it connected into the Apollo, Vocaster, or the Camden preamp. It's not something I would pay attention to, but nothing stood out. Having said that, I do prefer the Camden as a preamp because it's much cleaner and the Mojo Thump setting adds a little weight to my voice. This applies to all the mics I've tried it with when it comes to dialog.
A mic is going to perform the same regardless of the interface used. The preamps and conversion in the interface may have some slight differences in terms of quality, but this is something most people will never hear. To spin it a little differently, I'd rather have a nice mic into a cheap interface than a cheap mic into an expensive interface.

@ if you have to compare the rodecaster to the wave xlr . How would that turn out for you ?

If those were my two options, and price was not a concern, I would go with the Rodecaster. It's not even close. Rode has a long history in the audio world and their equipment works well. As much as I love Elgato products, (I have two Stream Decks, 2 Key Lights, CamLink, a few of their mounts, and a couple Prompters), their software is not as reliable as Rode's.
From a technical perspective, the Wave XLR will get the job done and no one listening will know the difference.
My advice is to pick the one that best serves your needs. If you're only needing basic interface functionality (1 mic and headphones) go with the Wave XLR. If you'd use some of the additional features of the Rodecaster, I would go with that. Some things that might be useful is that it's a portable recorder, can have 2-4 xlr inputs, and built-in audio processing, among others.
