- Lets take a closer look at the Vexed Dingle Dangle, an inexpensive product that will help improve your surf fishing and allow you to make perfect baits suspended above the bottom. The Dingle Dangle concept is not new, however it is new to the Australian market and Vexed have produced a range of rigged and unrigged versions.

Nice one boys! I gave these a go for the first time last week, worked a charm I ended up getting a mulloway 💪🏼 video will be up on Tuesday on my channel 🎣
Nice mate. Will keep an eye out for it!
Agree. Got a nice snapper off the rocks my first outing last week.
@@TackleWest cheers legend 🤙🏼
@@larryfeathers1562 got too be happy with that man, these things make sense in my head ✅
An old idea we use bottle corks to achieve the same type of rig, used this type of rig years ago.Put the float above the hook way better.
The dingle dangle works very very good, that is all we use in South Africa for rock and surf fishing. U get use to it and it takes us 2 - 3 minutes quick quick
Greetings from South Africa 🇿🇦
Thanks for watching!
Thats pretty bloody informative boys cheers
Love these. Just stated using them and haven’t got a shit fish in last 4 trips.
I'm from South A. I also fish with foam around the shank of the hook. Mostly because of the size of mouth of some of the target species here in Perth. Dangle is good for flathead and mulloway. The foam around the shank good for tailor, snapper, skippy etc. Give form to the bait but also lift it. I tie it with the bait string also from vexed.
Thank you for the video. Subject to the bait sandwich size (weight) the float does not have buoyancy all the time. I made my own dangle and have noted such. Cocktail bait is the culprit for been oversize in weight if pack full. Another good method is the clip-down system with a small condom. This allows you to cast off the ground.
Looking forward to giving them a whirl along WA's mid north coast in the coming weeks.
They work well, good Luck with the fishing!
Thank you
Hi im South African here in sa we make our own we put small glass rattles in them when fishing for cob... We also make glow in the dark dangles... Hope this helps...
Rattle and glow sounds like a good idea!
also use shrink tubing at the hook end and at least use the propper clips that support the hook not a swivel guys not a great idea but lots of improvement needed on your ig up bad rep
Need an underwater shot of it in action lads
Yes will have to try attempt it next time!
If only some type of floating device to choose where in the water column your bait sat already existed…..🤔
if only you realised that when you use a float in the surf your rig washes up on shore and gets tangled
@@thataustralian4078It's called a stem float, literally one of their main uses.
What does that foam do for the digestive tract of the fish that consume the bait and do not get hooked?
🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@@TackleWest That’s a pretty poor reply for a Googan who is not conservation oriented.I guess that’s all I need to know to file the rest of your videos under G for garbage
@francisortwein9846 if you are that worried then you definitely shouldn’t go fishing. And yes please don’t watch our vids 😂😂
P.S I I’ll file your comments under G for GRONK!
@@TackleWest I’m a sportsman and I respect Protect the resources you are a Googan. Don’t worry I will not be watching any more of your shitty videos
I see you’re very fond of the eggplant I have A rather large one here for you tilt your head back and open wide
You need to build a choka bait around it. If you want to consistently land a Mulloway you need to spend time on proper bait presentation.
not the best rig up indeed.....but it will do sometimes little more prep makes the bait support and look better for bigger fish perhaps look up the sth African PENN team for better rig ups I have been using these for years great for beach fishing also they are illegal in the usa and few other country's
Too complicated
It’s actually very simple and easy to use
@@TackleWest no different to 70s style with a wine cork up top and some red insulation tape to keep it on. Without spending a fortune to do it
Fisherman are very smart at finding the most expensive ways to do something simply
But hey. What do I know
