Hema Dass First slice the peeled beetroot very thin and place that in a dish seperating each slices. Then put it under direct sunlight for minimum 4-5days. Once it becomes completely dry crush it and blend it well in a mixture to make a fine powder. If you think powder is not fine enough after you blend, you can put that powder again in a sunlight for 1-2days and then again use a mixture to make a fine powder.
