Great video, does anyone have a video as to how I use the basic video editor program that comes with windows 10 to perform a B roll? One thing I cannot figure out is how to keep the audio of the A roll running, whilst the b roll image/video plays. Annoyingly the audio from the A roll just stops, which is incredibly jarring

I don't know who put the idea in some recent videography grads that their primary clips are b roll. If you arrived on location to solely shoot preconceived scenes that require special gimbal tracks and programmed camera motions, and numerous rehearsed takes with an actor with no speaking part, that's hardly secondary footage. That's the entire content of the commercial. Or Charlie Chaplin was a genius b roll pioneer. Maybe it just sounds cool to say ''B roll.''
