Meet Josephine, a mother and an entrepreneur who made a bold investment to ensure her children could get a great education.
The investment: a Friesian cow that produced 16 liters of milk per day-double the amount her cow produced before. That allowed Josephine to feed her children and have enough milk left over to sell and use to pay for her children’s education. A double whammy.
