Hi guys Thank you very much for this great reaction, I really enjoyed this one! So beautiful to watch you having fun! Mark has been part of my life since I was a teenager. He is, in my eyes, an absolute genious in storytelling and songwriting. Not to mention his guitar-playing and his "sexy" voice (quote ;-) ). If you two like this one, I would VERY strongly recommend "Sultans of Swing" and thereafter "Telegraph Road" from the Alchemy live album 1983. Both absolute masterpieces. And a perfect starting point to dig into the huge musical world of Mark Knopfler. There is so much to discover there. Best regards, hope to see a new reaction to Dire Straits/Mark from you guys soon! Best wishes from Switzerland Linus
DS were always better live than in the studio, the “Alchemy” concert was awesome, check out “Telegraph Road” and “Sultans of Swing”. Also great live Wembley “Tunnel of Love” and many more.
"When my ugly big car won't climb this hill, I'll write a suicide note on a hundred dollar bill" That's freaking iconic ‼️‼️‼️😅😅😅 Drummer in live version is Chris Whitten In studio was Manu Katche The man in blu blazer is Mr John Illsley co-founder of DS! 😍
Magical Mark Knopfler musical genius=Perfection !!!

DIRE STRAITS É UMA BANDA INESQUECÍVEL , E MARK KNOPFLER PARA MIM É O ARTISTA MAIS COMPLETO ,BRILHANTE, CARISMÁTICO, E HUMANO DE TODOS OS TEMPOS...❤❤❤❤
Greetings from Canada. Good to see you enjoy what we have for years... good on you. Peace, love and bellbottoms.
Check out You And Your Friend and Brothers In Arms from this same gig. Both songs are epic on another level. Great reaction guys.
I saw your entusiasm and it saw mine. I love you.
Mr Mark knopfler best artist of ever
Probably their most epic performance ever is Alchemy live and Sultans of Swing. That's not to say this was bad...it's probably right there next 🙂
Yess, with (for me) the best Drummer they had Terry Williams
Great reaction video. I would recommend sultans of swing from alchemy live album. In my mind one of the best live performances ever 👍🏻
Saw them on this tour in Dublin Ireland and its still the best gig I've ever been at and I've been to hundreds
Oh and add the version of Romeo & Juliet from this gig too. Out of this world.
The drummer then was Chris Whitten. He was the drummer in The Waterboys and played the iconic 'The whole of the moon'

Heavy Fuel is awesome and the live version from Basel/92 is even better in my opinion!✌
Definitely need to check out alchemy live 😊
Awesome reaction guys I'm new to your channel al be here if you keep dire straights reactions lol
I like Calling Elvis drums from same live . About voice? J.J. Cale and Leonard Cohen. Btw Heavy fuel original video is funny with known actor
If you love more percussion then Calling Elvis from the same On the Night
"Zombie" by the cranberries, over 1and half billion views, please react to the official video, most emotional song ever. Thanks
Have you heard Calling Elvis from the same concert? If you thought this one was good, you'll have to invent some new adjectives for Elvis.
Olá,,,, sugestion,, Gary Moore,,, the messiah Will come again,, Montreux 1990
MK has written a few songs in third person, exposing how ridiculous the character is, such as Money for Nothing.
Has anyone ever told your sister shes a dead ringer for a young Cher??
