This young conductor is not afraid to try his bold interpretation on these student musicians, and it comes through with conviction! I love the lively tempos! And you have a wonderful hall to perform in. When done right, this is so classy. If our future could be uniformly this bright! Note to clarinet player: If the camera's on you, maybe you shouldn't be counting with your fingers. :P

Most other symphonies can only hope to work up to the transcendent storm that bellows ftom the
Opening of the First Movement...back in the day, his critic contemporaries were horrified by such a grandiose, if not violent, caesura with tradition...TODAY, WE REJOICE...
