    VERDICT:
This Combat Art is very strong against regular enemies but it sucks against bosses. Its whole thing is that it does very little health damage, but a lot of Posture damage, and unfortunately that just isn't very useful against most of the bosses since most of them regenerate Posture extremely fast until you lower their health some. It does do a lot of “stance” damage (not Posture - what I'm calling “stance” is the thing that allows larger enemies to be staggered/stunned once you've hit them enough times), but even that is only really that useful against Gyoubu Oniwa, because as you'll see in this video, it's actually really hard to even land Praying Strikes on Guardian Ape and Demon of Hatred because they're much taller than you and the attacks are pretty low/non-vertical. There were multiple times in those fights when I was standing right in front of them at point-blank range and whiffed all 3 attacks. A fully-charged Exorcism strike can break super armor and interrupt strong charging attacks, but there are plenty of other Combat Arts that can do that while also dealing some actual health damage. Skip this one during boss fights; it really doesn't help.
