I feel bad for the dude you can hear the pain in his voice when he remembers his buddy. Man what could have been. People don't realize the collateral damage they leave behind. I wish him well.

Brad just left behind a lot of potential. Not only was he great at songwriting but he probably would've blossomed into an amazing producer given the work he did especially on Robbin the Hood.

My brother Eric ODed on H when he was 29 in 2016. He was proud he introduced me to good music. My favorite band is sublime... At his peaked he worked as a gourmet chef at a high end restaurant in NYC. He was entrepreneurial. He was also my best friend. He helped me plenty. But he could have given me a lifetime of friendship and aid, had he not died. But he could have died sooner. We had him 11 years after his first heroin dose. Life is a blessing. I'm not just saying the last line as a positive. Reality, existence, consciousness, life and death are amazing

I was such an excited fan boy!!!! I was not supposed to ask “the talent “ for photos or autographs, but this case was a major exception. He graciously agreed, I said to him punk rock also changed my life, and That I truly respect the music he has made. Thank you for being awesome 😎. The whole thing encounter was 30 seconds and I made it fast so none of my bosses saw me. Finished my work quickly and got out of there. That day I worked up until doors opened, took of my work shirt and went and enjoyed the show. My job was kinda pissed off I did that b/c it was busy night, however I gave them 2 months notice so they needed to get over it.

@@broadwaynicky It's an art form that isn't normally known for chops, but punk music has had some stellar bass players.
Scott Shiflett of Face to Face is an excellent musician no matter how you slice it. The live show Shoot The Moon has fantastic playing in it. Unfortunately the bass guitar is too low in the mix for my taste, but Scott's playing is phenomenal.
