Sebastian Viuf The movie is about a singer of a hardcore band (the guy in the pit)who has several struggles and fights with his aggressive dad,whom he still lives With.The movie kinda shows how hardcore music helps him to compensate the pressure he's under and the conflict with his strict father.

Sometimes I scream that with tears in my eyes listening to it while driving, i can hear it all the pain and suffering in his voice and find it relatable.
We all should keep ourselves safe, we all should stick together like family. This band is life i swear, and this is one of the most beautiful videos ever.

I wish more people understood that there are christian messages in these almost all their songs. For example, the last verse of the song is coming to the realization that even when you are feeling lonely/depressed/alone/unloved that God is right there with you through everything. Son is us, humans, Father is God. Joel has said several times that he is a devoted Christian and that BAAO has many religious themes in their music but don't consider themselves a Christian band, per say.
