- What's better than too much damage? More damage on top of that damage. Thankfully the upgrades I got on this run were perfect, plus I got a little dragon buddy to help me murder everything. This game is super fun and I can't wait to play some more very soon!

Something that was one of the most busted part of this run was that the additional 10 bullet damage applies to the splinters
Which they also burn and freeze.
just imagine if he got the miniclip too.. every shot he would do the spiral + 3 ice shard + his normal shot with a basically non existent reload time, and much more damage
@@tears_of_asariel3198 Could be even better. If he had lightning damage too, he could get an upgrade that cause explosions every time a lightning bolt struck a burnt enemy. So freeze+burn+lightning+explosion mean the screen is almost always empty, everything die too fast.
@@tears_of_asariel3198 With his courage rune, getting the miniclip makes it impossible for the normal enemies to get near him if he holds down left click and doesnt walk into them too quickly
Splinter actually do less damage

My favorite is Diamond with the Flame Canon thingy since with Flame Bullets last upgrade, you have a chance of 0.05% of heal. And one of Diamond upgrade after killing a boss is gain bullet size and something after healing and dmg boost or something after taking a hit, it like a constant upgrade cycle.
This game is very addicting, also extremely cheap. Thanks for getting me into it DF, highly recommend it to anyone!

@@spikespike5661 It’s called “20 minutes till dawn”. Fantastic game for about three dollars on steam. They do have a good demo if you want to try it first. I love all these new cheep games lately. Sometimes you just want to play for 30 min or so and they are perfect for that. =]

The most busted combo I've gotten was Abby the final character with the dual smg. Get up grades like lightning mage, cryo and flame as well as faster reload and bigger clip. All the while just right clicking the entire time using Abby's special ability.
P.S. The tomes are tome of power and the one that triples your ammo count you should reach 100 bullets being launched all at once piercing and bouncing all over the screen.
What's Abby's special ability?
For your next video be sure to use SPARK (character) with the Mini-smg's. Then go pure element (ice/fire/lightning) damage. Ignore gun damage and go bullet penetration / speed. She is a literal GOD with this build. At the 18-20 mark things couldn't even load on the screen they were dying so quickly.
edit - also Mini-clip (the upgrade that makes you have -666 ammo) is absolutely busted on the shotgun. Couple that with the reloading gives damage boost and fire rate/bullet damage. Thoe shotty becomes a damn uzi with no reload. Big booms.
Yeah energized plus smgs on spark is just free infinite ammo. You also want to go for more projectiles on spark along with penetration, as the extra bullets can proc the lightning.
The mini smg elemental build works really good with Abby too, the moment you get the upgrade that triples your bullets you dont even need to move and at some point you dont even reload anymore xDD
Shotgun is way better with tons of capacity and the character that empties the clip with right click. The entire screen becomes bullets constantly, and you move at full speed because you aren't technically shooting (no left click). The fire rate is far above what you can achieve with left click.

A high damage weapon like Grenade Launcher + Light Weaponry helps alot.
Just never use splinter with the grenade launcher... game gets 10x more difficult

I love this games reloading animation the Hollywood twirl just makes this game that much better.
Df! Always take the -666 max ammo! If you have a really fast reload speed, your always shooting the surround bullets!
This game concept is very simple and has been repeated everywhere, but somehow this one attracts me the most

Is it just me or does df get me into like every free game he plays
I'm pretty sure Miniclip would've just meant he'd be constantly firing a spiral of bullets. He already has insane reload and fire speed, so adding even more reload speed would basically just mean infinite ammo he'd be reloading so fast. And every time he reloads he shoots a spiral of bullets.

I did a run with Lilith and focused on summons and upgrading her spirits. Absolute insanity. Highly recommended.

He's like one of those sprinklers towards the end! The reload is so much like the reset on those circular, watering sprinklers lol!
Fun facts:
1. You can reduce your health to 0 max health with "upgrades". This kills you.
2. Splinter creates projectiles when enemies die regardless if you shoot them, they are based on the weapon your holding(shotgun? Short range. Flamethrower? Pyro! Grenade launcher? Friendly fire...)
3. The runes only have one skill per row active per tree.
4. There is a pacifist achievement for not shooting your gun the whole run....
5. Most summon pets have buffs that affect all summons.
would like to see what sort of meta progression you choose at the title screen and then you just go crazy with what you've chosen :P

DF some things you might not of known
The dragon shoots towards your crosshair
The trees only can be killed by the upgrade that takes 25% hp so no uses in shooting it unless you have it
And you only need one of the second tier upgrades to get a chance at the 3rd tier of that upgrade tree
DF absolutely always brings us the best content ever

Using fan fire with the flame cannon works pretty well. Along with the power up tht when the enemy dies the explode out and shoot 3 more or ur fire bullets. If u do it right it can kill the whole group

This game is so addictive. Been running a Spark + SMG or Abby + Bats build for farming money.
Wouldnt miniclip increase dps even more then the upgrade that was taken? I mean yeah you would only be able to shoot one shoot quickly but ontop of all the other reload things wouldnt it have essentially just been 4 lazers?

Something I would recommend you at least try is Scarlett with the Dual SMGs (quite literally “Rapid Fire”, that’s what I call it anyway)
Edit I forgot to add a little detail about the SMGs… Tome of Rage: if you see it, you take it, 96 bullets as a base speaks for itself. Especially when most of your damage comes from your “after X shots” effects

Should have taken the mini clip. Instant reloads plus 50% bonus bullet damage & 1 round clips mean you fire your radial shots continuously along with your normal shots, and everything does way more damage.
Bro when he plays the characters be built differently to handle the torture
Stupidly and consistently strong build: Spark, (50% chance to deal lightning on hit) + dual smgs or shotgun. Get every rapid fire, multi-projectile, fire, frost, and all but the spark bug lighting upgrades. If you get refresh bullets on lighting hit you win. Throw gun damage into the ground. You do not care; you just need more on hit effects, and as many chances to deal it as often as possible per shot, and asap.
if you take the shotgun take upgrades to increase mag capacity. If you have 5 shots instead of 2 you can get to the point where you will refresh your mag before you have to reload.
i know you are not a a youtuber on uploading a series on youtube. but it would be fun to see you have a little series. each month.

bouncing bullets + totem of power + peircing + splinter bullets + the 10 shots every last bullet thing + freezing is the best combo. change my mind
i just started to play this game called Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate and think it would be a game u enjoy. Its basically where you have to not get checkmated by the other king. The main goal killing the other king you can get upgrades. I think you would enjoy it, however it deos cost money but i think its well worth it. 😃 much love❤️

Splinter is amazing with the bat weapon. If you also have some frost bonuses, it can almost carry you through the rest of the run on its own. More is better, of course, and the 5 minute boss cill ruin it if you're not careful, but it is decently powerful.

You might have only been able to fire 1 bullet at a time, but the fire rate and reload speed would've been absolutely insane to the point where it would just be a bullet circle the rest of the game

What routes are you using I went right side for each column. And the hero that gives you double health at the start. Ice +shatter + splinter = easy (avoid lightning).
