I had to laugh with your 'it's kind of like chocolate' because, (imo) Hersey's isn't high quality chocolate in general and that candy bar (Cookies 'n' Creme) isn't, in fact, chocolate because they've replaced all ingredients that would let them call it chocolate with cheaper ingredients. You were generous with your rating! For me, I buy mostly German chocolate. :-)

I didn't know that. I'm from the UK, and I have to say, we've tried Hershey's and compared to Cadbury's or Galaxy....sorry, guys, yuck! Don't normally say we do anything better than America, but when we visited our ex--pat friends they would always ask us to bring chocolate 🙂

I understand you soooo much when you talk about how bulky your journal is getting. I'm making my first journal and when I make it I put a lot of sheets in it so it lasts a long time. Now I'm seeing that he's already chubby, so I'm considering putting things in relief at the top of the page one day and at the bottom the next, haha.
