He is changing his statment now, he basically said in another interview he was under pressure to cremate the body that's why he gave priority to the RGK doctor victim. His answers and body language doesn't seem relaxed and something is amiss. Did some politicians or the real culprits buy this crematory operator ?
Cremated hurriedly to remove any bodily proof on the victim which could be retrieved upon any further examination investigation or post mortem by the cbi or any forensic expert team or foreign autonomous team .. mamata Banerjee or police commissioner were too scared about that so that the identity of other persons directly involved in the rape and murder of the doctor stays hidden 😢

Important point is if police didn't put pressure and they are so doodh ka dhula hua than why SC came down heavily on their mode of investigation. The judge told that in his 30 years career he has never seen such case where FIR is lodged after postmortem. And kapil sibal panicked after hearing that. It was absolute chaos in the court room with judges thrashing Sibal and he didn't had any relevant points to defend the State. The entire investigation was deliberately botched up by KP. You know how Kamduni case was handled and by whom. He has changed his statement. Also if you see he starts answering before tamal ends his question as if he is in a hurry to save himself.

I do not understand this piece of reporting. It does not matter if the cremation was done hurriedly/forcefully. If you put yourself in the shoes of those parents, they would want to do last rites and rituals. It was the duty of the Police officials to make the parents understand why the body could have been preserved. The first FIR was lodged by the father. Common people do not understand the intricacies. If Police acted in a dutibound manner, they could have counselled the parents. But, thats now water under the bridge

Case was under Tallah PS reported registered FIR around 11.45.The body reached the crematorium at 12,as reported..Quite fast.
