Why SC judges cannot ask Mr Sibal not intervene. He does quite frequently but judges do not ask him to keep quiet.

Do you still believe that Abhaya will get justice in India? No she won't and this case will be one day shut down without any conclusion. Our Constitution of law is very weak and has no such capability to punish the culprit immediately.
While the basic crime is heinous, the larger crime, illicit financial gain, will go unpunished because that money is used to rig the elections. The voters should have known better about TMC. After all, their political DNA is well established. This is why the "vote banks" couldn't care less about elections as long as they receive their annual donations. Elections don't have consequences for them and their welfare, unlike the rest of India, will not change with a change in Government. One way or another, the donations will continue, and they don't mind being suppressed interminably for a few rupees.

Why so much crowd of advocates in such a important hearing in SC? The proceedings looks very clumsy to me. Other advocates are learners of the case. Its look the court room is very small in SC premises.

It boggles my mind to think this is a supreme court proceedings but they don't even have printouts of the documents and they're just clumsily passing around the iPad while one side of advocates wondering what the judge is even looking at. They've made a mess due to their unpreparedness.
Also, accepting to view a video on a "flash drive" without applying the rules of chain of custody of the evidence. Why not just watch the "edited" videos being broadcast on social media? This is SCI. Why can't we have a little more decorum. Imagine conducting a board meeting in a small publicly owned company in this manner! 🤣

1. It is surprising to me that this incident happened in a Medical Hospital, where somebody reports to police at somewhere 10.00 am that a body is lying in an unconscious state in one of a floor of the MC hospital, where as the postmortem report certifies death happened at somewhere 3.30 am.
Really a very poor state of Law and Order situation in West Bengal.
