They should of machined the threads away before welding. There will be weld inclusions in the weld area!

Мел-это абразив))) хотя при такой работе это меньшее из бед.
Все делается намного проще. Углубляется резьба и точиться новая гайка. Только так это работает. В таком исполнении это на месяц, может два...

Что-то у меня вообще мало веры в эти навареные приколы. Ну и да вал могло спокойно повести от сварки и потом начнет подшипник отваливаться

Вот тоже об этом подумал. Но, видимо, наварить дырку в гайке им труднее, чем поверхность вала.
Резьба рваная, от плохой заточки резцов. Это брак братцы.
Подшипник закрывать при наварке не надо? Может сменят конечно , но както сомневаюсь
От маленьких оборотов, плюс все же по сварке, а не по нормальной стали. Но в целом работать будет

I know if allach permits it will run without a bearing at all
I think the best strategy on this is to re-thread to a smaller one instead of welding it. make a smaller hole nut but almost the same size of the original.

I think it's easier to cut new under size threads on Axle Spindle and to make new under size Nut.

Next time put a wet newspaper or wet rag over the spindle and especially that bearing...Welding spurts on those rollers ! And then you have another BIG PROBLEMS ⚠️ 😬...Just a tip ☺️👍🏻
The other problem is that although it has done well, it will not be compatible with parts supply.

Seriously. These guys are complete amateurs. These are exactly the kind of mechanics I would avoid if I needed something fixed. This is not how you repair things. This is how you make people think you've repaired things, charge them for it, and a few miles down the road something bad happens. It's the kind of thing that should be illegal in my opinion.
The spatter on the bearing will be well and truly covered by the sand and dirt during assembly. Classic case of a little knowledge being dangerous. Just sayin!!!

ist doch schön wenn man gänzlich unbelastet ans problem drangeht. umso besser wenn man noch nie was gefügeveränderung gehört hat. und wenn dann eben deshalb das ding abbricht- kein problem dann schweißen wir das einfach wieder dran...und so weiter und so weiter....return customers.

Parabéns pelo trabalho o processo em si foi o correto, mas tenho algumas ressalvas, deviam ter protegido o rolamento quando soldaram o ideal seria tirá-lo, ao invés de giz pra lubrificar a rosca o ideal é óleo de corte ou até mesmo solúvel e a última é não se ajusta rosca com martelo, tem que dar passes até a porca entrar, de qualquer forma parabéns.

this will low the qaulity of spindle ... because welding the metal will hardened it and then this will be risky in heavy 🚛🚛🚛🚛🚛 truck
to harden it takes two steps: first heat and then rapidly cool.

You are correct that with that much heat. The ductility of the spindle changed drastically

muy buen video todos aprendemos de todos, una observacion estubo bien lo de rellenar "el mango" hacer la cuerda , lo que si se tenia que haber sacado el otro balero para que al estar rellenando con soldadura , el mismo calor al estar rellenando no se calentara la tasa del balero lo que ocasiona que la tasa pierda la dureza del metal y despues se "amuele junto con los rodillos " y pues se dañe el balero , que en si ( ya se ve dañado )

Подшипник каплями засрали, и шейку перегрели.... Мы делали проще, прогоняли резьбу и точили новую гайку

Да им похуй. Они просто не знают почему так делать не надо и живут счастливо. Я вообще не понял чо они парятся, наверное из за того что станок был. Привалили бы гайку да и и все. Мел блять какой то?

Como falamos o mesmo idioma - Português do Brasil - me tire uma dúvida. Assisto estes vídeos sobre usinagem e uma dúvida me é sempre recorrente. O material usado nestas peças é o aço, imagino que de uma qualidade superior, tal a exigência de onde serão empregados. Sempre pensei que o calor da solda agisse de maneira negativa sobre a qualidade da têmpera do aço, no mínimo enfraquecendo o metal onde é soldado. É assim mesmo? Os locais das solda ficam mais fracos? Essa fraqueza chega a comprometer a qualidade geral da peça trabalhada? A segunda dúvida se refere a qualidade da solda em si, se comparada com o material onde é agregada. O material da solda depositado sobre tais materiais é suficiente forte pra não comprometer a peça como um todo?

Errado, não se usa martelo pra ajuste de rosca, não existe martelo de ajustar roscas, tem que dar passes até entrar.

Why use file in threads, improper toolbit grinding? So crude workmanship...
I was specifically looking for this comment.
I thought a thread file was for people didnt have fancy tools ( like me) to make and repair threads. Ive spent hours repairing damaged threads with a file. It sucks. Now we have a fancy tool that uses 3 rollers with the thread form in them mounted in a clamp that tightens around the axle (m85) and its rolls over the damaged threads insted of cutting. Axle threads are not cut but are typically rolled into the axle. Forms a much stronger thread to handle the 700nm spec.
