AoS and 40k road maps were vague. I’m more enthusiastic for Kill Teams cuz it has solo and co-op modes that i wanna check out. Orherwise i’m gonna chill.
That solo mode is super interesting. The school club I run for my students had some kill team stuff donated to us so I am excited to get some kids learning with the solo play!
Dude, don't worry, you're in the midst of moving AND GW burried the new roadmap at the bottom of the Stormcast article. I 100% understand how you could've missed it. Plenty of streamers missed it too and they were covering it LIVE ON CAMERA with chat. But overall. . . This roadmap is, not the best. The old ones at least broke things down roughly by quarter and told us what Grand Alliance was coming in each. I don't get why they feel the need to be so vague this time. But I'll give them this, and ONLY this, it's nice knowing what the next army will be after Stormcast and Skaven. We didn't get that in 3rd edition.(also, side note, I'm pretty sure Ironjawz is just getting a spearhead released over the Holidays, they teased an Ironjawz specific Spearhead box in a Warcomm article and I think it's a bit too soon for them to drop 3+ more battletomes onto us within the first 5 months of the edition's release, but maybe I'm being too optimistic there.)
Appreicate the support! Interesting theory about Ironjawz, maybe it will finally be time to rope my brother into the game (he said he would play orcs if he ever started Warhammer)
For anybody wondering why 40k is getting so much less in comparison to AoS the answer is in the recent financial report from GW. They're literally at capacity for production and cannot produce enough to meet demand for both AoS and 40k simultaneously. That is the main reason they are breaking ground on a 4th production factory soon.
Tbh I wont make a video, but maybe a community post. We have talked a bit about it on my discord as well. Its sad, because the game held so many pleasant memories for me (and for many others). The sprites were second to none and the music was outstanding. I wasnt actively playing anymore but I will miss periodically popping in to check out the game or a sweet collab

Enthusiasm can get the best of all of us ;) it's all still very vague though, even with everything put together.
Yeah I agree, I was so thrilled to have something that I got too hyped, because even the image roadmap is sparse at best
