Great job. I would consider a more purpose built size shelf. The Billy's serve a function, but the extra depth takes away from the potential floor space in such a small area

Nice collection guys 👍. For the closet doors 🚪 maybe put glas doors in or cut the middle out and fit glas in it. That way you can see the nice special edition boxes. Just an idea 👌 take care.
OMG! Love it!!! It looks like a little boutique game store. Nice job on the display groupings. Having a living room game room ourselves, the struggle is real. Especially when it comes to space. We're in the process of reorganizing it with some better storage (just bought ikea Elvarli customizable shelves that will run floor to ceiling), so thank you for the links. Definitely going to check these out for other items we need to organize the consoles and TV.
I’ve got many consoles, since pong, to ps4… tons of Saturn stuff… tons of 2600 stuff… tgx16 Dreamcast, computers… ugh, so much. A game room sounds like a neat idea. Need some arcade cabinets though.
I feel you on the main problem, having the space to show off and display the collection you amass overtime is the challenge, especially when it gets to the point that yours has. If I lived near you I would of helped you guys move stuff around for sure. The consoles I think would be the big thing for me, I def don't have as many as you guys, nor have the boxes for them. I like how the question was "What consoles do we hook up" - and the answer seemed to be, ALL OF THEM lol. That Alex Shelf/Storage piece is really neat. The room turned out INCREDIBLE, like absolutely amazing. So happy for you guys finally getting the game room of your dreams. Seeing the game room complete really makes the retro side of your collection shine, just breathtaking you two. I think I would have one of the "shrines" for stuff, well a couple - God of War franchise, Venom (Spider-Man) and Broly (DBZ). You did a fantastic job, came together really nice. When it comes to a more in depth delve into the other systems you have on the wall of games, any and all would be cool, but only if you really want to. I had never heard of the Tales game series until late 2018. I played Zestiria and Berseria and really enjoy them. I tried some of the others, but they weren't just for me. I have over 2,000 hrs for Zestiria, lol. I love the hell out of that game. The more I progressed the more I enjoyed and was blown away by the gameplay. Final Boss area is my favorite compared to other final boss areas. The final boss stages were epic. The music all throughout Zestiria is some of the best video game music I've heard. It's in my top 10 favorite video game ost's. I'm particular in the kinds of games and stuff I'm interested. For example: for the FF series I like the PSP remake of FF1, FF3, FF4 (haven't finished, I keep getting stuck), FF12, FF13, and FF15. You have am amazing collection!

If your 3do has a disc drive issue you can always install an ode yourself it's super easy a child can do it. But if it's a power or video out issue you're better off sending it to a repair person and while he's in there he can ptobably replace the problematic capacitors for next to nothing if you don't have soldering experience.
How's that Besta TV rack from 6:50 holding up that right now? I didn't want to grab it since people say Ikea's wood particle furniture might not be the best for a heavy 21-27'' Trinitron CRT TV like that one :O

I know the repair man part was a joke but that can really happen if a repair guy sees all your stuff he’s going to over charge you … it happened to me , he thought I was a young man who barely made much to survive so he would always give me cheap pricing on everything and one day he found my comic book stash along with toys games from the 80s and next thing you know he jumped the price like 300 percent increase .. I’m like wow really he was like yeah because you have money to play with .. so I’m very glad you guys made a room for your collection that way nobody can see it unless you want them to .. thanks for sharing though ❤
