      the ocean is fairly large; what are you talking about? wally had plenty of room to do what he was doing, they are smart animals and I believe wally knew what he was doing, they have no problem asking us to help them or showing off for us or any of that so its unrealistic to say a boat shouldn't be in its living room, maybe it shouldn't have capsized the boat!

    Can you please tell them the truth? This is NH. The whales are going crazy from the continued Humm of the wind turbines and the floating fiberglass that's in the water from the failed turbine and the oil & fuel slicks from the wind turbines themselves. You really need to start telling the truth. Cover how Shell and Chevron are backing out of the Ocean Wind Turbine and selling these to the next highest bidder because of the Wind turbine failure rate. Also, huge amounts of debris and fiberglass were washed ashore and was also found in the fish.

      Thanks for sharing that. I didn't know. You said they're selling to the next highest bidder. What are they selling? The turbines themselves?

      @@Orcinus1967 They are feeding and were feeding. According to Federal law, he should not have been there. The other boats made way and he did not. Federal law requires vessels to remain 100 yards away from humpback whales in Hawaii and Alaska waters, 200 yards from killer whales in Washington State inland waters, and 500 yards away from North Atlantic right whales anywhere in U.S. waters.

      SO EXTREMELY TRUE. ITS SICKENING N VERY CRUEL HEARTED FOR CENTURIES!!! SAVE THE WHALES!!!!❤❤

  • @Unicornspit34
    @Unicornspit34 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

    Humpbacks yes are by nature, non aggressive towards people. But we cannot forget how powerful these animals are. New mothers are Especially protective and vigilant during the mating seasons and can be very territorial. Males risk injuring themselves and calves during this time as well. It's more than obvious that this whale had figured out that it was worth capsizing the boat maybe because it was annoyed by the sonar it was producing or it felt threatened. Whales do not need eyes to navigate. Fishing boats produce certain frequencies of sonar. This whale was not breaching because of its body language. Its head was directly faced towards the inner part of the boat and it was timed perfectly to just push the boat down with its weight. You actually see it using its mouth to anchor itself as much as It can. An accidental capsizing would happen when a whale breached the wrong direction, facing upwards completely out of the water and on its back. This whale knew exactly how high the boat cab was from the waterline and therefore suggests that Humpbacks and other cetaceans have figured out how to eliminate the problems we cause them in their domain. They simply just didnt want to before, or felt it wasnt worth wasting the energy if they aren't already panicking, running scared and going deaf from sonar minutes before they beach themselves. Whales do not necessarily need to perceive something as a predator to be threatened by it. Just like us they have their own reasoning and mental awareness.
