Fantastic cook up Chef👍 I am from Pakistan and only 25 miles away from where the ‘Himalayan/Pink salt is mined.’ Any other geography (mostly Indian) re-package a cheap shit version of it…so make sure, your Himalayan salt crystals are mined and packaged in Pakistan. Just FYI, there is Himalayas in India as well sans the salt…Regards and happy cooking

Ground Lamb comes out very tough, look tasty sure but be prepared for a serious jaw workout.

Have to use a cut with high fat, such as shoulder chop. Same with beef. For burgers you use chuck roast because of high fat content. If you used a leaner cut of beef, your burgers would be dry. It’s all about the cut.
