Advice to give you would be making sure you are quick and consistent with the pouring and temperature.
Learn how grinders work and try and invest in your own barista jugs that have a sharper spout.

Turn on the stream to push out any milk inside the wand. Any time I stream, after I wipe off the wand I'll just give a bit of steam through to help clear it out

I love how all you hear is the barista making the drinks and the people talking -- no annoying music the company is before forced to blast out of the speakers. A coffee shop should be a place of peace and socialization, not a amphitheater for tasteless tunes.
I really appreciate that you have a different rag for milk and for drip tray, your attention to having utensils as clean at possible. How do you recommend serving the “extra hot” order with whole milk, considering it becomes bad tasting after 63C ?

I heard a trick is to warm the cup/mug by rinsing the inside with hot water and then dialing in, make the coffee as per usual. Wondering if this was true?

Micro bubbles for days. I can tell by the density of the foam. See you knocking those air bubbles out too every chance you get. I still do at home out of habit even though it's unnecessary with my setup.

Espresso drinks are usually made with double shots, and the milk difference lies in texture: lattes have smooth, steamed milk, while cappuccinos have frothy milk

Sometimes I do so for the latte art purpose to get that desired latte art pattern.

I know whole milk makes the best for latte art, but can I use flavored creamer? For example, the ones that come in vanilla or hazelnut flavor that you get in the Grocery store?

Definitely, adding flavours and condensed milk affects the consistency of latte art. Alternatively you can add flavours while steaming the milk rather than in the espresso.
I'm curious, is it nornal to throw out extra ground coffee and milk for each cup? Why isn't it used in the next order?

Is it difficult to work as a barista?
A barista here, it all becomes muscle memory after a while, like anything with enough practice. But it can be pretty damn stressful at times. It depends on where you work, clientele and how busy it can get. I work in a hospital, and make can make 350-400+ coffees in a day. Which can take it's toll, but I love coffee so working with it keeps me grinning lmao
Why he slams the milk jar everytime?
It removes any bubbles in the milk after heating and also gives a much better consistency in the milk.

I just have problems when he bang jug and cup on the bench many times each order but all part is good to me 😊 I like when he pop-up order so we can see what's he making but hey I bang it on towel just to avoid much noise 😂 thanks for video though!
