I work a part-time job at a juice/smoothie bar right now (we also do coffees, tea, and other hot drinks) but I really wanna look into working at Starbucks too. Only thing is I have an inconsistent schedule from week to week and want to be able to coordinate things if I choose to work two jobs. Love these videos though. Everything is so much more quiet and chill lol and the shaken drinks and cold foam and stuff are so satisfying and pretty :)

@@jasyanda A latte is espresso shots first then milk poured on top - essentially mixing the two together because of the density and amount of milk. In Starbucks, a macchiato means the milk comes first, then the shots on top - basically an upside down latte. in Italian, macchiato means "marked", hence the reason why we can clearly see the separation between the milk and espresso since the espresso is "marking" the milk. (speaking in iced terms) hope that helped!

idk if anyone else has asked but why do you put the splenda on top… cause won’t the first sip be like straight up sweet???? i would assume you mix it with the drink? i get splenda dissolves but like damn.
Do you get free drinks working from Target Starbucks? I work at one in a grocery store and we don't get anything free, not even water and we aren't allowed to even have our purchased drinks anywhere around us. Huge disappointment.

I calculate approximately how much every drink have calories and sugar. And it is a lot! For 150 calories you need to run on a treadmill for 15 minutes of very intense running or 30 minutes of jogging. This amount of sugar is almost 3 times more then recommended sigar intake per day (20-30 grams). And now I am thinking of obesity problems in US and I think I found a solution.

a shaken espresso essentially has more caffeine than a normal latte, as it s mostly espresso shots and ice with a splash of milk on top (in our standard shaken espressos - without any add ons or customizations). Also, you automatically get one extra shot for the size you order. for example, a tall latte gets 1 shot, but a tall shaken espresso gets 2. So, if you're looking for a strong pick me up and usually drink lattes, i suggest trying a shaken espresso!
