The bit with Arisia during the Blackest Night is probably my favourite part of the event, yeah biased a bit but hear me out. The whole point of Arisia’s character is that her ring is a family heirloom, passed around ever since 2815 had their Lantern. Arisia had to witness all of her close family members die and bury them, while she was being trained by her father to become a Lantern. And despite only being a teenager, she persevered. When she comes back to Oa, she just lost another close person in form of Sodam Yat. So her still being able to fight against zombies of numerous family members she lost…that’s as Green Lantern as a GL can get.
Of all videos I've watched on Blackest Night, this series was the one that got me most the most excited I've ever been to actually pick it up and read it
