I honestly cried (in a good way of course) when I saw your notification… it brought me back to a few years ago when I discovered the art TH-cam community. You are one of the first artists I started following and thanks to you i started drawing again and I started thinking about my art in a “serious“ way. You are such an inspiration and I really admire you💜

I've been away myself for a few years. I would have been so heartbroken to come back and find I've lost one of my favorite artists to cancer!! I'm heartbroken for you anyway, I'm so glad you're still with us!!! I disappeared and had a beautiful son, nearly died to a hemorrhage and then a year later nearly lost him to an unidentified fluke in his liver that nearly killed him with acute liver failure! Honestly covid hasn't affected me at all but real life... yeah...
Anyhow! My favorite video is more an emotional choice? I first found you when you were making Greylegs as a needle felted art doll. I found you on my journey of trying to find myself and for a while I thought it would be in artdolls. I'm not great at sculpting but it never really hit me to sew because I don't like sewing machines. I am now learning to sew by hand. I'm currently embroidering an eye for a test plush that will also be a birthday present for my son. It's extremely fun especially as I'm using holographic black thread but I need something in the background and I thought of you again when commenting on another crafters video. So ultimately your greylegs plush is my favorite because it brought me here. I adore your Snow Cats story but my favorite of your content has to be your 'streams'? of you doing creature creating. That's super fun!! I'm also learning to draw and I really want to learn to draw creatures like you do. They are so interesting!! Especially the style of animal in here with the 'soft aggression', how it's scary but has those soft lines, rounded teeth and claws, soulful eyes. I don't know how to describe it but I love it so much. Some day I hope to become really good at art so I can design my own plushies.

You inspire me to draw and reignited my passion for art (I lost it after my grandma died). It broke my heart when I found out how you were struggling and it makes me frustrated How selfish I was just wanting your videos back. I’m so happy you’re back and I hope that every step on your recovery is as painless as possible ❤️
(Edit): beautiful art as always and my favourite video would be your very first creature design. It introduced me too your channel and is one of my favourite series on TH-cam.

Love you Dina!! Miss you when your not around. Praying for a full recovery. We all understand its rough right now. Don't ever feel obligated to do videos
if your feelin crappy. Just know there is a world of support here, even if all you feel like doing is talking.
I adore the random creature design videos. Ultra favorite was the winged swan horse and her baby. A close second would be anything to do with the making of the snow cat prince. You tend to start nervous and unsure of where the picture is going, but once the sketching is started, the rest is magical.
I can never make up my mind and jump between every medium from sewing and sculpting to traditional art. Dina, you have the most soothing voice and always encourage me to be creative. Thank you for all the wonderful treasures in your videos.

I originally found you from the old art dolls you used to make and the felted ones you did, so they’ll hold a special spot but my fav currently has to be the creature design of the raccoon axolotl mix! I took a 15 year break from painting traditionally. Only making cards for family and friends by doing quick watercolor paintings on cards. I spent that time working on computers and even doing computer repair and diagnostics. I wish you Only he best and send you hope and desire for health and prosperity. I enjoyed your Iilo sketchbook works and I hope you continue to create Art even if you cannot share it with us. It is a way to stay positive about yourself and we all can use that no matter how other things are going for us! Please take care and update when you wish. I believe that I enjoyed your videos when you were putting the Snowcat Prince together and I knew I was going to be able to be involved in the kick-starter and took part with Patreon and video support. You are truly missed and cared about!

I personally don't think you need to worry too much on 'if this drawing is a drawing ppl would like for comeback' or whatnot, just draw however you want to/how you enjoy because art is majorly about enjoying, and like you said, it will motivate you more.

I was blown away to see you pop up in my notifications, that you had posted a video. I loved what you did with the line and paint watercolor. Your leaf lion beast was a great idea, and I loved how you got the inspiration to develop it. Mixing mediums is my favorite thing to do. Like you, I find that my watercolors lack vibrancy after they dry. I guess that is why so many people that paint with watercolor, layer the colors to get more pigments onto the paper making the colors more vibrant. I have found that the better brands of paint have much more pigment and the colors do not mute down as much when they dry.
Having said that, I am never happy until I get my colored pencils out and water color pencils to tweak, certain areas of the painting. I like your set up for filming your art for us. Having the camera shake only adds to the ambiance of your home set up. It shows us that your not in some big studio with all the fancy bells and whistles of a filming set. You just keep doing you, we love you for it.
I was gut punched by the news you shared with us, that you are not fully out of the woods yet with your cancer. My heart goes out to you, and my Prayers are, that the Next rounds of treatments you will get, knock out the cancer once and forever.
I hope you find that making art, and sharing it with us, will help you tolerate your next go around with treatments. Like the MNRA vaccinations for the corona virus we have been given, that same technology is working miracles for treatments of cancer. I have heard that the medical researchers are very, very close, to eliminating all cancers from our world.
    Cheers from Michigan.

Hi Dina, thanks for posting this video I really enjoyed it. I’m so sorry to hear how you are unwell and I wish you all the best with getting better.
I first found your channel through the videos you did on your experience at FZD it was a school that I really wanted to go to but I didn’t end up going through with it. Finding out that you also worked at Atomhawk, you became a bit of a work crush of mine as I’ve long considered Atomhawk as the top Concept art company in the uk.
All of your videos have been really lovely to watch, they have certainly calmed me a lot at times, and I’ve really enjoyed seeing you go through the process of creating your own comic book.
My own career has ended up becoming more and more technical, and whilst I started with drawing everyday in a sketchbook I no longer do. I’m often tempted to make a change and go for a new path similar in how you have created this for yourself.
Thank you again for the videos you have created and I hope you get better soon.

I am so happy you're back! Your older "Draw with Me" videos and random creature designs inspired me so much! Still love them and rewatch them^^. Especially, I adore Mermay series! Your prompts are one of the best I've ever seen, honestly
As for the creature, I have a thought
Name: Leaf Thief, Lionheart Fallbringer. He once was nothing but an orbe of air energy, which evolved after expert magicians casted a unique spell. His eyes were hollow, his body consisted only of a bunch of leaves stolen from piles all over the land. The Fallbringer soon became a guard to his motherland. He can also create huge blasts of roaming winds at his full strenght
