Every car wash I have ever went to always had a phone number somewhere on the building. Whether it be on the equipment room door, inside the bay, at the pay station, just somewhere. If there wasn’t one, that’s pretty bad on their part.
These were installed in 2019 if memory serves me correctly. The owners of these Hurricane Bay washes actually just got rid of all of their D&S 5000s in favor of these IQ systems. There are several locations throughout southern and southwestern MO.
On the bright side, your car is clean. And it had high pressure rinse too, so that makes up for that brush on the driver's side not working. Maybe they could've offered a re-wash if they called you back. Or you can leave a review on Google Maps and the owner will give you a feed back. 😉

I just noticed too that the brush on left hand side wasn't spinning at all and the right one was spinning. Someone needs to call the car wash owner and tell them hey one of your car wash brushes in the soft touch bay is not spinning at all during a wash cycle.
Very nice i can tell that the left side brush is broke which is little bit strange but you should report this to the owner about this but can you please do the touch free bay?
On that broken brush, that motor sounds BAD, probably needs a full replacement motor if the bearings are toasted. Also two options here, 1. the system did shutdown but the owners bypassed it while they wait on parts or 2. the electronics on the motor don't have detection or are reporting no fault so the systems still running. Could be something else but figured those are the two main ones.
I thought that the computer would catch a error with the the brush and shutdown the car wash. A lot of new car washes are smart and if they do detect a problem with the brushes not working right the computer will shutdown the car wash.
I once had to call a car wash manager's number, and I had to leave him a voicemail about the problem. Two days later, I was back in the area, and they had it fixed. That was back in Bernalillo, NM.

Give STL Wash on Lemay Ferry a try. $5 basic wash with clear coat and undercarriage and it’s a D&S Soft Touch!

I do have to agree with you on the brushes. They could use some improvements but other than that pretty nice
