I am 37, I workout daily, eat healthy, and have an active lifestyle. I still have issues with my pelvic floor.
My point is that it can happen to anyone regardless of age/lifestyle.
If you dont mind could you elaborate on pelvic issues?

I get some groin pain from time to time. Mostly in the head of my penis. Also I have mild incontinence. No leaks but I don't fully empty sometimes which means waiting. I went to the doctor and he recommended physical therapy. He felt I had hypertonic pelvic floor syndrome.

I'm 18 and sometimes when I pee I don't feel like I'm empty, I usually feel the need to pee again after 30 or so minutes. Does this also happen to you when you mention "pelvic issues"?

What if one's pelvic floor muscles are strong enough, but a bit too tight?
Wouldn't reverse kegels to relax the muscles be safer than contracting the muscles?

Thank you for this video. My urologist recommended to go to pelvic therapy but my insurance doesn't cover any that do this for men. So to youtube I went! Thank you again, this will help a lot.
Wish there was a demonstration or animation for exercises and techniques being discussed to it would have been more clearer

I've had L4/L5 micro surgery but I can not lift my pelvis up without using my thigh muscles. Can you tell me what I should do or is it too late to rebuild.
These excercises are important but so are the things one needs to avoid consuming while experiencing leakage. Such as, spicy food, alchohol, caffine as these tend to irritate the bladder and promotes leakage to those experiencing continence. Good luck everyone!

I really cut back on drinking water to help with overactive bladder. It worked bc i had nothing to pee. I became dehydrated. My urine protein went thru the roof which is very very bad.
I think I did it wrong, are you supposed to notice immediate improvement and does it help with sensation?
No be consistent after a week notice if a mind to muscle connection is there if so you’re doing good if it stops leaks it means you’re also doing good pay attention to your body

Hi , I've had my prostate recently removed and I've started following your Kegel exercises. Thank you. Am I doing it right if my testicles lift up? This is the only visual cue I have. I hate this leakage I can’t do anything without peeing I can’t sleep I can’t play with my friends everyone in the comments are over 20 IM ONLY 14! I feel weird telling my parents about this I’ve been doing these and sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t any other tips or help I’m beginning to become desperate
Dude I am 20 and I also feel desperate mainly because I am still not done with my life. I still need to graduate from college and work and have a normal life. I hope we get help and this goes away.
I developed this issue at 21. Do these exercises daily, limit consumption of sugar, DONT limit consumption of water BECUASE dehydration will worsen the pain and symptoms. Go on walks daily exercise in general but also do this specific exercise daily, she said in the video it can take up to 3-4 months to notice a big difference. Gotta be consistent and do it daily.
I actually figured this out btw I have diabetes and this is when it wasn’t treated this caused to being a lot and for some reason leakage that is for your tips anyways

Ma'am please reply no one replied me I'm 17 yrs old I'm suffering from pelvic pain back ache leg ache and also urine burning in my starting urination, and also i have hemerroids and gallstones. Do gallstones or hemerroids is the reason?
Get yourself checked for stds, those can cause the symptoms you’re explaining. Don’t limit consumption of water it’ll only make the symptoms worse. Exercise daily, this specific exercise and general exercise as well, limit consumption of sugar as that’ll worsen symptoms also. Do this exercise DAILY for at least 3 months. You may also have a pinched nerve or sciatica that can make you think you’re having bladder pain. Go to a massage therapist or chiropractor if you can and tell them what’s going on. Pray to the lord and keep yourself active, a lot of the time we get these problems by not moving the body enough. Take care out there.
Can I tie a 10 lb. barbell to it and then squeeze in 10 sec. then release do this 3 times one time a day and cut my time to 1 week. Thanks, very good information.

At 80 years of age, I never put it all together - the gradual loss of orgasm intensity and the gradual loss of erections. I just tried those Kegel exercises and my "flexing" strength is very weak and one set of 10 reps is more than enough to tire out my pelvic floor muscles. I can't wait to see what one month of doing these exercises will bring. Maybe the erections and orgasms like when I was 20? I'd be happy with 50, though.
my core muscles (belly) also get tense when performing the squeeze is that normal or not?
i have pain in this muscles. used too much tension when using a penis extender. Ultrasounds show no issues. Will I ever be alright or I will have ED and pain for the rest of my life?
