LUCKY ITEMS (In no particular order)
Tanuki -
Japanese "raccoon dog" regarded as a symbol of good luck and fortune in Japanese folklore. Depicted as having large testicles which symbolize wealth and good fortune.

Carp -
Regarded as a symbol of good luck and fortune in Chinese culture, and is particularly associated with Lunar New Year due to its connections to wealth and prosperity. (Also appears to be considered lucky in cultures around the world, but this seems to be somewhat lesser known.)
Koi (a type of carp) -
Represents good fortune, luck, and prosperity in Japanese culture, as well as in most Asian cultures.
Horseshoe -
According to the Kentucky Derby Museum (of all places), "[m]any people agree that the horseshoe is, in fact, lucky but can’t seem to agree on how to hang on to that luck. Some superstitious folk hang their horseshoe prong-side up (U) so the luck stays in the cup to protect the home or barn where it hangs."
Dala Statue -
Traditional horse figure known as a good luck symbol in Sweden. Also known as a "Dalecarlian" horse, the name comes from the province of Dalarna.
Bonsai -
Known partially as a symbol of good luck, particularly if one is received as a gift.
Dharma/Mini Dharma -
Japanese Daruma doll designed to look like the Buddhist monk Bodhidharma, and is considered a symbol of good luck in Japanese culture. Often used to help with goals, when you buy a Daruma doll both eyes are white and blank. Once you've set a goal, you paint the doll's left eye, and once the goal is completed, you paint in the doll's right eye. Daruma dolls usually come in red, but in the video I was fiddling with the colors and chose the green ones (which represent bringing health and vitality to the owner). Red is the color of fortune and good luck, so that'll change in the final tour (I just forgot to change them back).
Shamrock -
Shamrock is a type of clover native to Ireland, and typically comes with three leaves. It's already considered lucky on its own, a stem with four leaves on it is considered particularly lucky.
Lucky Red Envelope -
A red envelope filled with cash and gifted to friends and loved ones during Lunar New Year. Brings good luck and fortune, and is tradition in a number of Asian cultures.
Bokjumeoni Lucky Pouch -
Similar to the red envelope the bokjumeoni pouch is a bag filled with money and typically given to children for Lunar New Year in Korea.
Stone Lion Dogs -
Based on Chinese guardian lions, which guard entrances from evil spirits. In real life, outside of ACNH, the one on the right is a male, with a ball on top of its paw, and the one on the left is a female, with a cub under her left paw.
I looked on nookipedia just to see if they said anything about the real life statues, and they said, and I quote, "However, the stone lion-dog in Animal Crossing: New Horizons does not have any sort of object lying on either their paws. Because of this, it is assumed that when two stone lion-dog statues are placed that both lions are homosexual."
I love that for us.
Lucky Cat -
Also known as a "welcoming cat" and called maneki-neko (beckoning cat) in Japanese, these cat statues are meant to welcome visitors and are said to bring good luck when placed in your home.
Gold Turtle -
Like the daruma doll, Katrina sends you this statue after you've been purified from bad luck. I've seen turtles like these where they're sitting on top of coins, but those I think are called "dragon turtles" because they have the head of a dragon. I think this statue is mimicking those, but overall turtles are said to bring good luck and longevity.
New Year's Shimekazari -
A Japanese traditional New Year's decoration that lucky charms are attached to.
All of these definitions are based pretty much just on personal knowledge, so I would really encourage you to do some research and learn more about these good luck symbols on your own!
