I was absolutely OBSESSED with Lisa Frank in the 90s, lol. I think pretty much all my school supplies I used through a lot of elementary and middle school were LF so I absolutely love that you're going for this theme. For some reason Bianca always makes me think of the leopards that I had a lot of stuff of. Maybe it's the purple spots.
But I guess any of the more bright/neon villagers would work. I'm thinking Audie, Fuschia, Alli, Apple, Azalea, Bluebeard, Bob, Candi, Chrissy, Cleo, Cookie, Drago... I could go on but there's too many to choose from!
