Steve, do you have a video for polishing somewhere? I find I get so far with the wet and dry stuff but can never quite get the final shine! I’m missing something clearly! 😏

I made a bunch of pendants yesterday and today, using just the silicone mat on a tile, no tape. It went really well. Thanks for sharing your experience.🎉

Hi Steve. Thankx a bunch for all of your videos. Just a little tip that won't allow the tape to stick to your gloves. Instead of cutting off the ends; just fold them both over onto themselves like you do to the roll. I've seen some people put a small piece of paper on the ends too. Then you can move the the items taped on it without getting stuck to the tape.
After watching all of your experiments, I've stocked up on all kinds of stickers and other things to put in resin when I see them on sale. I have to say that I get so into your videos, that I get a little sad when they go off so quickly. I just can't get enough of your experiments with resin.

I bought a cheap reptile heat mat for my resin because of the temperature fluctuations where I live. Best investment ever! Really cheap to run and my resin cures consistently every time now! It has a thermostat too so the resin doesn't go into thermal shock by being too hot. Lovely video!

wonderful video Steve thank you for sharing, I have a question: about something a bit different.... have you ever tried making something with air dry clay and put it into the resin? I've been thinking about making a tray with an octopus in the resin with its tentacles both in resin and out sort of like handles for the tray, just wondered what your thoughts might be on that???

Hi Steve all the pieces you done are beautiful as allways ,,but I have to say that I'm very disappointed with the butterfly stickers with the white edges, as I got some butterfly stickers and they were supposed to be transparent edges but had white edges to the but were much the same as the ones that you used in your video,, I think they would look awesome with transparent edges, as they would look more realistic Stay safe have a great week.

Ok!! Now to find a way to get enough temperature change to get the wonderful ripples that you achieved on the tops!!
So, as it's coming on winter weather here in the U.S
... I'm thinking maybe by taking the pieces out under the carport for the night to get the drop in temperature????
My idea is that I can highlight the texture with a bit of dry brushing with a contrasting color then a thin layer of resin to seal it. can't try that yet because the temperature isn't dropping as quickly as what I am thinking I would need. Any thoughts as to doing this??
