Idk. You rave about using tidal wave and scrunch drying. But what about that smoothness and feathery affect ld the ends of the strands and having hair that's really fluffy and bouncy. Because idk what reference your using talking about. But his hair almost looks like it was blown out with a round brush and curled after. Maybe just me. Because it looks more wavy than curly. Or rather soft curls.
As a barber/stylist I describe this as a non- haircut; you have to go without one quite a while to achieve- call it Covid cut- his shorter hair looks like a short.cut grown out- then his hair was evened up. Not every head shape can wear this- 😎🇺🇸✌️

I have a similar haircut and his sea salt spray actually works great with this and a curl cream and a diffuser
