  • This video shows a perfect example of a extremely clean stock 2007 Hayabusa. The Suzuki Hayabusa is the exact same from 2002-2007. With that being said we have dyno'd a few 2017 and up CBR1000RR bikes in previous videos with low HP numbers. Let me know what you think in the comments below!

    No body mentioned this, but the weak link on the gen. 1 Hayabusa are the front brakes. Yes, the newer bikes make much more power, but the worst thing about those 99-07 'busa's are the brakes. I still love my 2007 though, and would never sell it!

    Theirs a big difference between Hayabusa gen 1 in general and the first year of the Hayabusa the 1999, because the 1999 is the only one who doesn’t have the government top speed limiter, I’ve had the chance to try one, and when I hit 300 km/h where all others stops, I was holding the throttle even at 300 km/h, and I simply twist it all the way, and at 300 km/h the nose of the bike almost lift up in the air, the feeling was kinda if a kick down had get on, the forks completely stretch and the front wheel was barely touching down, sadly I couldn’t hold on to it to reach top speed because of to many cars in the way, but this thing was wild and so was the first year of the ZX-12 for him it was after 2000 that the government got the hold of it, but the 2000 is a beast sure it’s very ugly with the Ram air tube that comes up like if it was a vacuum cleaner, but on a ZX-12 2000 I was able to reach top speed, and even if the speedo stopped a 280 km/h the needle was way past that if I follow the chart of the 10,20,30,40 and so on until 280 my guess is that it would have read around 330/340 km/h, at least that’s where the needle was pointing. 😂😂😂😂😂😂, and it’s after those two that all bike have a govern speedo on absolutely all bikes.

      @@achillezx14r45 please why can’t you act has if you know always more than others, and always try to insult others who have a different opinion than yours, I’m 54 and if I say I ride a Hayabusa, who are you to tell me I didn’t ?, peoples like you are draining everyone’s around you of energy’s, it’s never gonna help you in life’s, wake-up the worlds is already ugly enough by itself you don’t have to feed it by looking for conflicts where their isn’t one.
      I’m in Canada, here the Hayabusa 99 and the ZX12 2000 both were sales full power and they both top speed around 330/340 km/h, and the years after that the models didn’t seemed to changed except they had from factory a speed limiter that blocked it at 299 km/h and every others bikes after those two had it, it’s an understanding between governments because they though it was getting out of hands, like 299 km/h was safe 😂,
      But it didn’t took long for everybody’s to tried to unlock it now those who know how can unlock it in a few minutes with a lap top, the top one that I had the chance to rides was my ZX-14R 2013 who was reflash with a full system yosh, quickshiffter and bazzaz, and it did 210 HP with 126 lbs of torques, I had 23 bikes in my life only sportbikes mainly Kawasaki only 2 suzuki and 3 Yamaha no Honda, so before telling somebody he’s lying, try to know who your talking to. 😖🤯

    People get so caught up in the numbers! Yes of course more HP & Torque will obviously make the bike faster. However they need to see and take into consideration the difference in how the power is delivered throughout the whole range. A great tune will achieve some power increases, but the rideablilty and power delivery will show the major improvement. The numbers aren’t always everything....

    • @moorepower13
      @moorepower13 4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Depends on how you design the motor. Busa is a tourque monster(for an inline four). Displacement isn't a dead giveaway for high horsepower. Look at all the 1700cc plus cruser motors that make "only" 70 to 80 horsepower but could drag your house outta the ground.
