    People that dont meditate wont do other exercices either… meditation works very well for me it shoud not be so easily dismissed

      yes, you just mention a very good point. Even though I have seen it quite often in our buddhism practice, I did not connect them. Thanks for your input, this is the beauty of internet, hahaha.....

      I don't think so. As I have done, read the book, take the course and so much of it makes complete sense.

      Everything is fake, is nonsense, to some degree.
      But some nonsense is good for you - whilst some are had, and destructive.
      Take your pick.
